    Great video on assembly. This is the hardest part to teach because the timing and installation can be challenging. Thanks for making this.

    I work in a rebuild shop its interesting to see someone assemble a trans a different way, I put the the counter shafts in first then put the drive gear, bearing and input shaft in as an assembly the put the bottom counter shaft in time. We have a couple of those timing blocks but ive never seen any one use them. Cool video

    I have one tranny that I wont shift from low to high I put a new air module and still don’t do none I don’t hear any internal air leaks any idea

      They don’t always leak air internally, pull the air regulator off and blow shop air with a rubber tipped air blower directly into the ports with the o-rings and see what it does. If it still won’t shift and you don’t hear anything internal moving then I’d say it could be the piston stuck, if you pull it and the range piston shows no signs of damage and the trans is an FRO then you’ve already got half of the removal process for the back box out of the way, as the back box (auxiliary case) won’t come out until the top plate is removed.
