    I made them today and they turned out PERFECT😭 it's also ny first time baking macarons😭 I love them so much i put nutella as a filling and everybody in my family love them💕 Thank you so much. can't wait to try out the lemon one next time😘

    I made them yesterday 😁😁😁😁 They turned out amazing! I had to wait a bit longer for them to dry because there i live is little mor humid. And minute less in the oven, cause my oven is bit stronger. Put dates, and cacao filling. But the mararones worked 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁! Thank you sooooo much !

    Quantity in Measurement cups 👇
    1cup Icing sugar
    1/2 cup Flour
    1/8 cup Cocoa powder
    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup Sugar
    1/4 tsp Salt

    Do Macarons absolutely, positively have to be stored in the fridge? What happens if they aren’t? I have a cottage (home-based) bakery and anything I make can’t require refrigeration. I’m assuming they don’t necessarily need to be because grocery stores and bakeries sell them.

      They’re mainly stored in the fridge because of the filling. And if you live in a very hot or humid place the filling might melt, like cupcakes.

      Hi my macarons are about 1.75 inches, yes you can use parchment paper.

    When I tried to make the ‘glossy white peaks’ form when I was mixing, it wasn’t doing it. Can you help me?

      This recipe doesn’t have anything to stabilize the egg whites. That may be the cause. Try to add 2 drops of lemon juice, a little pinch of salt, or if u have it, cream of tartar. Also, I’ve noticed that what you should do instead is,
      1. Whip eggs, no sugar, just a stabilizer
      2. Then add sugar in 1/3’s
      3. Mix

      I added 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and this is enough to stabilize the egg whites, watch my full video and you will see.

      You need to beat the egg whites longer to form glossy white peaks.

    I followed this recipe but at the end my macarons wrinkles on the top which I have read is often due to fat content or moisture being off. I am wondering if 15g of cocoa powder was too much depending what type of cocoa powder you are using… I used quite a rich one and I think that may have been the reason for the flop.

      No, it is in the recipe that you need to add exactly 15 grams cocoa powder for making macarons. :)))

      Hi! no, with less sugar won't make macarons. I tried to reduce the sugar, but nothing worked. I will still try to make macarons with less sugar, and if I find the right recipe, I will share it. Now you can change the filling so that the macarons are not too sweet for you.

      Wheat flour might not work. It is much more “coarse” then all purpose. Plus, the taste will vary greatly as all purpose will make it taste more “grainy”.

      I will give you in cup this recipe but I'm not sure if it will work. 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 2 Tbsp cocoa powder, 2-3 egg whites from large eggs, 1/4 cup sugar.

      Look at my recipes , I have macarons with lemon buttercream, you can make vanilla macarons, just do not add food coloring, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

      Confectioners/ powdered sugar is not just plain sugar it also contains corn starch. So no just pulverizing ur regular granulated sugar is not the same as powdered sugar.

      Always remove macarons from the baking sheet when it is completely cool. I rushed to remove them earlier than necessary, and here's the result.
