Having just treated myself to a New Audi A3 Edition One in Metallic Black Saloon 2.0 150bhp. Pick up is in 3 weeks. But saying goodbye to my stunning VW Isaac Blue Golf GTD. I hope I don't live to regret this decision, which is quiet funny, as I only have a year to live. So let's hope I get this right lol. I came across your excellent and honest reviews. So thanks Peter for all your easy to follow video's.. kind regards Paul UK.
Hello Paul and thank you for supporting my channel. First and foremost, if I read your comment correctly, I truly wish you the very best with your health. Live it up to the best you can and it looks like you're starting to do that with the new purchase. Congrats! I too hope you will enjoy the new A3 without any regrets. Please post if you need any assistance with DIYs. Cheers and take care!
I’m sorry maybe I missed it, but this didn’t come with any nuts? Only screws? How do the bolts stay secured from the inside of the bumper without nuts holding the bolts?
@@daddydaycaregaming3980, for the rear spoiler, I picked it up here: www.ebay.com/itm/FOR-14-18-AUDI-A3-S3-SEDAN-V-TYPE-HIGHKICK-CARBON-FIBER-REAR-TRUNK-SPOILER-WING/172876021234?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 As I mentioned in my video, it's not the best fitment, hence the price. For the front lip, you can buy it from Winn Autosports. It's not cheap, but fitment reflects a good product!
Nice job, I have a question I have a 2015 S3,it’s ok to switch from comfort mode to Dynamic while you driving? Or I have to stop completely and then switched Thanks
Yes, the CF lip was screwed into the bottom of the bumper. As far as resale value goes, I highly doubt you'll lose any money on a few screw holes which cannot be seen.

No Cho, I would simply use spring sleeves where the spring coils actually touch. There are a few manufactures whom make these. Just Google "spring sleeves" and you've find quite a few.
Hi ,maybe you know i had H&R coil spring on all 4 wheels on stock shocks and I noticed the car when started turning the steering wheels i hear a click sound. What might that be would you know.
Hello cho, if you're hearing the noise from the front, what you're hearing is called "spring bind." It's seen the coil springs are rubbing against each other when you turn. You'll never hear it when you're going straight, only when you're turning the wheels.

Nikeel, you're lucky to have the 3-dr hatchback. Over in the States, we're not so lucky.
nice work, love the honest review!
Thanks for watching and the support!

I’m sorry maybe I missed it, but this didn’t come with any nuts? Only screws? How do the bolts stay secured from the inside of the bumper without nuts holding the bolts?
Jon, I believe 8 screws are provided, which is plenty to hold the lip in. They work like screws into a wall; no need for nuts on the other side.
Where did you get the lip from?
The lip was purchased from Winn Autosports
No washers for the screws?
Duan, I used what came with the package and no washers were included. In hindsight, I don't think it's a bad idea to add washers.
@@TheAutomotiveFanatic yeah def would help spread the load
Hey Peter! What kind of suspension are you on? I have a 17 Audi A3 Quattro with identical wheels.
Daniel, I ran Bilstein PSS10 coilovers.
The Audi S3 Fanatic thanks!
Hey Peter, does this lip come with mounting hardware?
It does.
The Audi S3 Fanatic thanks so much! Great videos!
@@hiddendessert, thanks for watching and the support!
Hi there, I know is been a long time since you post this video but by any chance can you recommend me a website to buy the front lip? Thank you.
Oscar, you can pick one up from EMD or Winn Autosports.
Thank you very much for your response.
@@oscarmanterola3867 for sure!
how to remove the chin spolier? why you can remove such easy in the video? i can't even move it a little bit... please help...
The chin spoiler has clips inside. You need to press the clips down and pull the chin out. I believe there are roughly 6-8 clips.
@@TheAutomotiveFanatic THANKS!!
Can you drop links for the products you buy?
Jordany, thanks for the suggestion. In future videos, I can do that. In the meantime, did you need a link for something?
Honestly would love your latest carbon fiber spoiler and your front lip. Just got an Audi recently and your installs make it super easy!

Hi ,
How would you remove to small air intake grills below the lights ? Do you need to remove the bumper or do they pull out ?
Thanks
Wez, I believe the grills below the lights are locked in from behind. Therefore, you do need to remove the bumper to access them.

Tt's safe to switch "on the fly".
Do you screw into the actual car bumper ? Does this decrease the value when selling the car ?

I cannot remove these damn clips for the OEM chin spoiler 🤦🏻♂️
Try using a flat head screwdriver and push up, then pull the chin out one section at a time.
