At first, FOMO impacted me badly. I felt very insecure and always compared myself to my friends on social media. But now, i am in the process of improving myself without copying other people lifestyle. Im trying to improve my skills by learning every day and i believe that everyone has their own journey of self improvement
I spend much time on social media but I don’t have FOMO because I don’t like to compare myself with others. I am old school and hardly follow the trend. Deep down I believe that we had focus on our own goals than copying others’ life styles.
after watching this video I realized that this fear really lives inside of me. for me it’s quite difficult not to think that my own life is boring and useless comparing to others’ lives. thanks for this video, I’ll try to fight with this feeling

nowaday, we spend a lot of time surfing the internet and it's easy to see something nice about others' life. and then we might think we want to have something cool like them and we put a lot of pressure on ourselves. i think it is one of the effects from Fomo. I'm learning English and I feel grateful for any of your videos. I can learn a lot from there. so keep going, thank you a lot 🤝🤝
