Love your videos...like the speed up...gets right to the point....without losing any steps! You have a great voice...and you are very pretty! Keep the recipes coming!
Oh now my family loves "Dorito Casserole." I have been making it for years (Pioneer Woman didn't invent it). It really isn't any different than making a wet burrito casserole with corn tortilla shells as they are soft to begin with but the Doritos although soft after cooking, add a better flavor. We love this one!
OhMyGosh! Thank you so much for this video! I love how candid you are and really give your opinions! I've tried several Pioneer Woman recipes and none have turned out; but I am going to try the Shrimp Scampi one. I get so excited when I see that you have posted a new video! Thanks so much for sharing all you do!
Omg!! I love your channel. I may not be cooking for a crowd anymore, but I find your channel very helpful. I love how you go through each recipe, meal prep, etc.
It is so nice to have someone test recipe and give feed back, plus show the techniques for inexperience cooks! Love your videos! Thanks for all your hard work to share the videos with us!
The stuffed shells and drip beef do look the best. I love this idea of cooking from a well known cookbook or known cooking personality. You have such good ideas and I just can't get enough of watching your videos. Thank you!
Yasss girl yessss...I needed this! And thanks for showing burnt rolls...I showed my overflowing dessert and how it burnt my oven all up the other day...it happens to the best of us!!! Thanks for all the inspiration 😘
I am so going to try those Shrimp Stuffed Shells....the Drip Beef looks good as well. I’m not a huge fan of Puff Pastry, so the Ranch Pizza may be one I skip. Love your videos Jen. You truly put your heart into everything. BTW....Murphy is a great Sous Chef!!!😊
I love your cooking videos. There is something about your style of cooking that makes it look so easy and effortless, its relaxing to watch and yet motivating at the same time.
Hi Jen. Your videos came up as a suggestion for me and I’m an immediate subscriber! What’s so funny is I can’t use most is the recipes as I eat keto to keep my blood sugars in check (diabetic) but there is something so soothing about how you do these and your voice. Instantly fell in love with your style and just wanted to say thank you!
Yum! So great to see these meals made but also have the reviews. I agree about soggy chips - no thanks! Your tweaks for that nacho casserole recipe sort out of sounds like how you make walking tacos. Probably similar (I’ve never made/had them. Never really heard of them in Canada; only on YT). Now I want to make the Shrimp Scampi shells but I’ve been making the Drip Beef for years actually. I’ll have to make them again soon. I haven’t made many Pioneer Woman recipes, but the Drip Beef is always a winner! Thanks for another great video, Jen 😀
Girl you are on a roll with these videos! I love it! You're spoiling me in my craft room lol! I have a few PW cookbooks but only tried a few things and I'm so happy you did this video! My family will be happy!
The scampi shells look awesome! Looks like it would be a great dish to make ahead for the holidays/entertaining. Thanks for doing the recipes and what your family thought of them.
When I make a taco bake like that I use torn soft tortillas as my layers instead of the doritos and then put the crushed doritos on top of the dish so the stay crunchy.
I've been coveting your double-handled pan for quite some time... I think it's going to be my "You survived another school year" treat to myself next week. Great video. I always love these.
Hi this wkn I've been looking for new recipes - meals n u have plenty of good ones thanks for sharing these....binge thru several of videos of your's ty....🌺
Love this kind of video, Jen! Lots of options. Was going to make the pastry one first, but instead it'll be either the drip beef or the scampi shells. Again, thank you and I appreciate you and your channel.
OMG after watching your video i went to the store and bought everything i needed. OMG it is so good. I boyfriend and 2 year old loved it. i made two, one for the tonight and one for the freezer for next week.
You need to make Mexican chicken. A good layer of Doritos only on the bottom. Your chicken mixture is just pulled or deboned chicken, a can of cream of mushroom, a can of green chilies, a can of Rotel. Pour that on your Dorito "crust" and top with cheddar. You won't be thinking, "better luck next time" It's that good.
Literally burst out laughing when you talked about the shrimp tails. I throw shrimp tails out too. Never cooked with seafood stock in my life and don't see it happening any time soon. You do a darned good job of using up what you have so to heck with anyone that comments otherwise.
Nice to see you using the chefs knife instead of the food processor which turns stuff to mush. Using knife skills pay off handsomely in the kitchen. Great to control the textures and very easy clean up!! 😉 I would only make the shells. They look great!
Ree always hooks it up! My favorite pioneer recipes are the Green Chile Chicken with her Taco potatoes 🤤 since I live in Hoosier land, I usually can only find poblanos and they work great!
Thanks for posting this. I wonder what the pizza pie would be like if you combined the pizza sauce with the ground beef before assembling. I might have to try this.
Ok jen i was watching your video and then my son enters the room and started watching it with me and he was requesting that taco dish until he heard u say pass lol i like this type of video plz do more of these
I make thid cassarole all the time. Don't give up or pass on it. Instead, after using the enchilada sauce, add a can of cream of mushroom and cream of celery soups to make it thicker and then layer it like you did with the chips. Still use all the same toppings as before and your family will gobble it down! Love the roast meal with the onions and peppers. Those will make superb sandwiches with some provolone cheese on top of them. Thicken the sauce with a little flour and put it on the side for dipping. Another crockpot dinner winner! No worries on the buns. We all do that!
I would have just made a taco dip. I make taco meat add a little water to the seasoning packet. Make spanish rice and refried beans. You can also add sour cream, guac, salsa. Layer all of these and top with chesse and pop it into the oven at 350 till the cheese melts and then dip your chips.
I just found you recently and I just love you already! This is the best video. So organized and detailed with the recipes. I also love to cook and bake. You are really good in the kitchen and I know you said in another video how you love to cook. Your kitchen is beautiful and I love the layout. Just wanted to say hi and thank you for sharing and reviewing these recipes. Great job!----------------Tressa Daigle
Hey Jen, happy Sunday!! I hear you on soggy chips!! I actaully make my taco salad with Doritos and I just put the taco meat over the chip, cheese, and toppings.i was glad to know how the sauce turned out, I was kinda feeling like it was gonna go blahh, but hey I was optimistic!!glad the beef turned out good, I'd probably leave out pepperccunis (spelled way wrong I know). Not a fan of those. So I'm gonna try that recipe for sure. This was a great video, I'm gonna get right on that beef for sure.
I have those Ziploc holders too. I like how you told us which ones you liked the best. The pizza pie I'd used just pizza dough prob cheaper and you could make yourself and put a bit of sauce in it. Then reheating leftovers in toaster oven or oven works well ;). We make something like this but individual pizza pockets that fit like 1/2 a plate lol.
What a creative video! I don't like casseroles that have chips in them either. They get mushy so I would make that one like you suggested with the chips on top or possibly crumbled on top after it comes out of the oven. I am definitely going to try making the stuffed shells! Those have my name written all over it! Please do more of these types of videos! So fun! Squishy hugs 😍
Make it again! Use flour tortillas or the hard shell tostados. That is what I use. Regular taco meat with a can of Rotel (drained) layer and bake. Delicious 😋
This may sound odd, I like how you didn’t edit out burning the rolls... cause we all burn rolls. Love the ziplock bag holder 👍🏻
Esther Hounsell haha thanks!

I LOVE The Pioneer Woman!
Yasss girl yessss...I needed this! And thanks for showing burnt rolls...I showed my overflowing dessert and how it burnt my oven all up the other day...it happens to the best of us!!! Thanks for all the inspiration 😘
Hi Jen, I would make the Nacho Cheese Casserole as a dip and serve Doritos & Tostitos on the side
Rori Speakman that is a great idea
I am so going to try those Shrimp Stuffed Shells....the Drip Beef looks good as well. I’m not a huge fan of Puff Pastry, so the Ranch Pizza may be one I skip. Love your videos Jen. You truly put your heart into everything. BTW....Murphy is a great Sous Chef!!!😊

Ssi really enjoyed this video! I love new recipes! 😊
That scrimp scampi pasta dish looks so nice. Just my kind of thing that I would choose in a restaurant
Lovely recipes and a joy to watch 🇬🇧
I'm not a seafood person, but it sounds like something hubby would enjoy...and his parents when they come to visit.
Great ideas, thanks for all the effort you've put into this!

Try the drip roast wit pepperocini, a can of beef consommé and a can of beer. Shred beef then serve on onion buns. Biggest tailgating hit ever.
When I make a taco bake like that I use torn soft tortillas as my layers instead of the doritos and then put the crushed doritos on top of the dish so the stay crunchy.

Kristen C have you tried the sour cream noodle bake? My sister said that’s really good!
Jen Chapin no I haven’t!! I’m going to have to check that one out! Anything with sour cream is a meal for me! Hahaha
Great vid. Loved it. And, your dog is gorgeous. Just like ours, always waiting for me to drop something LOL
I made her Italuan drip beef last week and we loved it! My husband grew up in Chicago and used to wat this alot. He now wants it once a week, lol!
Thanks for posting this. I wonder what the pizza pie would be like if you combined the pizza sauce with the ground beef before assembling. I might have to try this.
ps. My dog also watches me cook!

New to the channel I plan on trying the nacho cheese casserole but with a different sauce
Great idea for a video thank you Jen!
🤗🥰❤ love it!!! Pioneer Women better watch out!!
That nacho cheese casserole might just be the most American thing I've ever seen :D greetings from a viewer from Finland!
Lol!!
I like the dorrito idea but the sodium amount scares me...i would probably use an alternative of some kind..
