Simple set up🎉 i would add the 'water' vegs (e g. zucchini , tomatoes) before the end of cooking time. Peppers and onions are good to prep for freezer meals
OK crazy me I went ahead and made half of these recipes (minus the pasta ones) and doubled the recipe so that one could be frozen, and one cooked fresh. They turned out great!! Looking forward to more meal prepping videos thanks 😁
My daughter just had a newborn. she loves the crockpot. I send her a link for this video. You are helping more than you ever imagined. Thank you for sharing.
Finishing up my meal plan so I'll be adding these to it. Both my hubby and I are looking at surgery so these will help me finish my plan meal. Thank you for all you do.
These are EXACTLY the kind of freezer meals I am/was looking for!!! Great video Jen...thank you for this one!!!!!!!!! I will be putting this video into my archives to pull out for our next Costco shop on chicken!
I agree with poster at top that it would be great to have a follow-up video to tell us how they were. All look delicious, however! Thank you for sharing. ~Dana
Hello Jen. Happy New Year. I thought i would let you know that i made these freezer meals and we have eaten the meatballs and pork meals. They were outstanding! I spent $206.00 Canadian on the 12 meals. Thats reasonable in my view. Thank you!
Your earrings are so cute! Also, thanks so much for sharing!! I enjoy cooking occasionally but after work and managing homes chores and life, ive just been feeling zapped of energy. The idea of having meals ready in the freezer makes me feel much better. I also appreciate that some of these recipies have overlapping ingredients which could help me save by buying in bulk or overall reducing wasted ingredients.
I’m not even done watching this lol but I absolutely love this!! These arnt ulur same old spaghetti sauce or cream of bla bla bla lol these look bomb and delicious!! I’m seriously going to make all these!! Please keep these coming Jen! ❤
Thank you so much for these! I have 5 kiddos, a few flew the nest, but even though they are much older, my youngest a Sophomore, I swear it got harder cooking for them as they got older!😂 Am I the only one?? I felt like when they were smaller I was much more organized, meal planning, cooking non-stop and making them eat lol! I don't know what happened!? Maybe it's because they can make their own meals and now I'm like eh..just make whatever you want🙈 This will help with them not just eating quick microwave foods!
Thank you so much for these recipes! I tried all of them and my family loved them! So impressed, that I’m ordering your cookbook! Just wondering, Is there more freezer meals in your cookbook?
Yes, but it means you must thaw the freezer bag before slow cooking it. Meats that are already cooked through before being frozen can be added frozen to a crockpot.
Great idea but I'd love a hard-copy recipe to work from. I can't find the file in the description. Also, still unclear about THAW vs NO THAW. I guess, if I thaw each one, I can't go wrong! Thanks for the informative video!
Hi Jen, I’ve just started watching from Scotland and this is a new concept for me. Our food here is quite different. My question is do these go in the slow cooker frozen or do you need to defrost them first? And are they good?
Just want to make sure I understand. Do you put these in the crockpot directly from the freezer, or thaw them first and put them in the crockpot? And what would be the timing on them if not thawed? TIA
Hi, and how then you cook those meals from freezer? What regime should be for the slow-cooker? You just dump the meal from the freezer bag into the crockpot, set up regime - and that is it? thank you
I was wondering the same thing. Its confusing. I'd venture to guess it might be challenging to get the frozen meal out of the plastic bag and into the crock pot?
These all look wonderful and I am excited to try them all except the pork chops. unfortunately I cant justify feeding a family of 4 enough salt for 8 people. If I can find alternatives for some of the ingredients I might try that one also. Thanks for the great ideas.
These all look great Jen! What a way to spend a few hours between shopping and prepping to really have yourself set up for 2 weeks of meals for dinner. Tasty and delicious! Even if you have to travel over those two weeks, I'm sure your family will appreciate being able to grab one out of the freezer and put it together for dinner before going to work.
Probably a dumb question: Do I thaw out the meal before putting into crock pot? I'd venture to guess it might be challenging to get the frozen meal out of the plastic bag and into the crock pot?
Great ideas cuz I'm out of ideas. With my new promotion I'm working longer hours, so my husband does a majority of the dinners. Hugs friend Elissa modesto cali @elissa_tc

Would love a follow-up video after you’ve prepared these! Any you wouldn’t repeat? Any standout recipes? Mods for next time?
Coming soon!
Agree!
Yes! I was thinking the exact same thing.
That would be a huge help!
This is super helpful. Are there any videos that show the final cooked meals?
Best freezer meal video that I have found. Thank you.
OK crazy me I went ahead and made half of these recipes (minus the pasta ones) and doubled the recipe so that one could be frozen, and one cooked fresh. They turned out great!! Looking forward to more meal prepping videos thanks 😁
Did you ever make the follow up video mentioned? I'd like to see what they looked like and get your opinion on taste after you cooked them.
My daughter just had a newborn. she loves the crockpot. I send her a link for this video. You are helping more than you ever imagined. Thank you for sharing.
This could not have come at a better time. Been wanting to use my slow cooker more! Liking and pinning for later! TY!
This takes me back to my days with Wildtree Workshops! Great ideas.
Finishing up my meal plan so I'll be adding these to it. Both my hubby and I are looking at surgery so these will help me finish my plan meal. Thank you for all you do.

Coming soon!
I’m excited to do a freezer meal day and make all of these! Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful recipes. Do you have a video when you cooked it and served it? Everting looks amazing ❤❤
I love crockpot sausage and peppers, such a great idea to prep it in advance and freeze it. Thanks for the ideas!
What are those cool clip things they hold the baggie?!
These are going to be such time savers! Thanks for sharing Jen!
Great recipes Jen. Thanks fr sharing.
I love Jodi Picoult! Her book Nineteen Minutes is still one of the hardest hitting novels I’ve ever read.
Hello Jen. Happy New Year. I thought i would let you know that i made these freezer meals and we have eaten the meatballs and pork meals. They were outstanding! I spent $206.00 Canadian on the 12 meals. Thats reasonable in my view. Thank you!
I didn’t see a link or measurements for the honey sesame chicken. Could you share what the measurements were for that one? Looks delish!
This is awesome!!! Thanks
I never did frezzer meals.but I will now thanks

The honey sesame and meatball ones sound tasty!
I've been wanting to do freezer meals but just never have for one reason or another...these look really doable! Thank you again!
I’m not even done watching this lol but I absolutely love this!! These arnt ulur same old spaghetti sauce or cream of bla bla bla lol these look bomb and delicious!! I’m seriously going to make all these!! Please keep these coming Jen! ❤

I'm so excited to try some of these recipes! You come up with such great recipes.
Outstanding
Thank you for sharing. We are going to try the sausage and peppers, the chicken lettuce wraps, the pork chops & gravy, and the meatballs.
I throughly enjoyed Mad Honey on Audible, really great read.
Thanks, Jen! 🍽
Thanks for the great variety of meals! I love crock pot freezer meals.
This is a great video, Jen - ordinarily my fam wouldn’t choose freezer meals but we’d eat all of these. Thank you for sharing!
Woohoo! Hi Jen! These recipes will be great to make! 🎄
Great recipes ❤
Great video. This was so helpful. Loved it.
Thank you for this wonderful video. I loved the recipes.
Need measurements for the Honey Sesame Chicken please. 1st time viewer. Very happy with some no dairy choices. Thanks
I think the meatball one and the cheeseburger one sound yummy!!
We use Audible too we really enjoy it.
You just made my day a little easier! Love your recipes!
YES!!! Ty! TFS🤗
These look amazing. Great time to do food prep freezer meals. Can't wait to try them.
Would love measurements for the canola oil and soy sauce in the honey seasame chicken
Thank you so much for these recipes! I tried all of them and my family loved them! So impressed, that I’m ordering your cookbook! Just wondering, Is there more freezer meals in your cookbook?
Thx Jen. I shared this video also as I think u have alot of good ideas here. As always watching from Ontario Canada 🇨🇦
Awesome! Thank you!
Thank you for sharing these prepped meal hacks! We’ll definitely try it for the holidays !
Jodi Picoult is one of my favorite authors, too!
Love these meal ideas!
Love this video!
What are the measurements for the canola oil, soy sauce, and seasoning for the honey sesame chicken?
Curious why you didn’t cook the beef before putting it in the freezer bag? Is it ok to put it in the crockpot raw?
Yes, but it means you must thaw the freezer bag before slow cooking it. Meats that are already cooked through before being frozen can be added frozen to a crockpot.
Yeah I was a little like, wtf raw ground beef?

My favorite Jodi picoult book is handle with care, my daughter loved the pact
Your knife works so well. Could you reveal what type of knives you use?
What is that thing your propping the bag open with??
Is there a shopping list?
love the videos but how long do they cook for ?
these are great but it would be nice to see them made.
That video is coming!
Great idea but I'd love a hard-copy recipe to work from. I can't find the file in the description. Also, still unclear about THAW vs NO THAW. I guess, if I thaw each one, I can't go wrong! Thanks for the informative video!
Once I do another freezer clean out meal plan I’ll have room to make some of these delicious looking meals! 😅
Tthank you. Do you cook the hamburger first?
I make homemade Salisbury steak. And vacuum seal them after there frozen.
Do you blanch the veggies first?
How many servings are the meals?
Is the portion for one person?
Everytime you say "some..' it sounds like the beginning of the hit song All Star by Smash Mouth haha
Brb, pulling some random Italian sausage links (and some pepperoni- why not??) out of my freezer to make the sausage and peppers!!

I was wondering the same thing. Its confusing. I'd venture to guess it might be challenging to get the frozen meal out of the plastic bag and into the crock pot?
What size slower cooker did you use? I would halve the recipes since cooking just for one so that is why I am asking about slow cooker size?//
These all look wonderful and I am excited to try them all except the pork chops. unfortunately I cant justify feeding a family of 4 enough salt for 8 people. If I can find alternatives for some of the ingredients I might try that one also. Thanks for the great ideas.

that's pretty nice, but i don't know how much time to cook and how it suppose to look.. for those you don't have link for the recipe
Probably a dumb question: Do I thaw out the meal before putting into crock pot? I'd venture to guess it might be challenging to get the frozen meal out of the plastic bag and into the crock pot?
I just don't see the point of freezing it all together in a big block that's not going to fit in the pot.
Yes
❤❤❤❤
Honey sesame chicken-how much sesame oil and olive oil? The only ingredients you said measurements for were the ketchup and honey
I would try a tablespoon each. SS oil a little goes a long way
Jen: You're looking SO great with you braces, You go, girl
👍👍👍
Totally off topic I know, but I had to tell you, Jen your teeth look beautiful!!! 😁
Jen, just a reminder, ALL LIVES MATTER.
❤
What about the "presbyterian"....what will she eat??
Something different that I’ve prepped :)
The tortellini recipe says cook the beef first. You didn't do that. Have you had success doing it your way? Would love to save a.step?
cooking times
Why not cook then freeze?
That is what I was thinking. I would still have to remember to,put in the slow cooker. Nice ideas tho….
making sausage and peppers in the crockpot is so darksided
Are you promoting books or making dinners?
Why aren’t you blanching the zucchini , carrots, before freezing…??
👍💞
Where are the Recipes, pls?
I see you say they’re linked in description, but Im not finding them? I want to make them all ❤
6 lbs in 3 weeks not a motivation. But good luck on your journey
shade
Great ideas cuz I'm out of ideas. With my new promotion I'm working longer hours, so my husband does a majority of the dinners. Hugs friend Elissa modesto cali @elissa_tc
i would rather make them full and freezze them after.
How many servings are in these recipes?
Looks. Like 2 to 4
