I can give an example of the RSS capturing institutions and Government Departments where they don't belong-Our previous Environment Minister passed away suddenly due to a heart attack after an all night meeting with the PM during the week he and the PM were to travel to Germany to receive aid per the Paris Accords. The minister was replaced by Dr. Harshvardhan who is an Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon and has absolutely no knowledge or expertise in Climate and Environmental Science. His only relevant qualification is that he is a member of the RSS. Why didn't the PM pick someone with a relevant background or someone form the same department?
