- Full video of the session with Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis, Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh and Karnataka chief minister HD Kumaraswamy at the 16th Hindustan Times Leadership Summit in New Delhi. The three chief ministers discuss the challenges in their respective states and the road ahead. While Captain Amarinder Singh dwelled on the drugs problem in the state, Fadnavis said that he did not want to turn Mumbai into another Shanghai. HD Kumaraswamy emphasised that despite rumours, he was going to remain the Karnataka CM for the full five year term.

+Sujit Sharma that's result of unplanned growth and negligence of infrastructure from decades in Mumbai but you can the see the pace Metro development in city, also many Infrastructure projects which were stuck from decades such as navi Mumbai international airport , MTHL link , and many railway projects have been fastracked, for example during previous govt only 11 km Metro line was made in 7 yrs but now 130 km is already under construction which will go upto 175 km by 2019 end , n the whole plan is 250 km once this Metro lines operational lots of load will be off from trains n roads which will really help n ease commute for comman mumbaikars. also Mumbai is very difficult city to construct such projects because its highly congested n their is fight for an inch of place also. yes road r poor at many places because of the deep rooted corruption in BMC which has grown from past 25 yrs , so it will take time to get rid of these problems because corruption is a very big issue in BMC . it will definitely get better but will take time.

+Sujit Sharma my bro try to Understand we r living in a democratic country here projects generally take long time to complete their r various obstacles n we have to move forward by taking everyone into confidence. yes it's difficult to complete phase 1 of navi Mumbai airport but U can see that he has started the project n its now under construction by clearing various hurdles, the Mumbai trains harbour link , bandra versova sea link , yaa I know navi Mumbai Metro line 1 has been delayed by long but that can happen with any project, even the big multi billion project such as Mumbai Ahmedabad bullet train is facing seviour land acquisition problems so it might also get delayed , the Mumbai coastal road is on track , look bro troubles will also be their but what matters is moving forward with good n positive intentions. do you remember that our former PM Dr manmohan Singh had said many times to develop in the lines of shanghai but what happened to those plans is known to all , after coming to power in 2014 Devendra Fadanavis had presented a vision document on which he wanted to develop Mumbai n I can challenge anybody that whatever is their in that vision document more than 80 % of that is today under implementation. yaa many problems will always be their because U can never be completely trouble free. even the most developed cities in the world have their own share of big problems, so Mumbai is still developing n I hope that in future it will get much better with time but as a youth don't forget to choose right people to lead us , sometimes very good work is done but it takes time to yield the results, but as I said intentions r something which matters the most.

State government has to streamline the revenue collection...They have to appoint analysts, who can do proper data analysis and improve the collection... Very high salaries and coupled with very high pensions are something, which should be debated ...In fact pension, should be maximum(highest slab ) of Rs. 15000.00..

One thing is proved beyond reasonable doubt that English is the natural language that connects the entire India. I am saying this even though I belong to Uttar Pradesh. In the end CM's of Karnataka, Maharashtra and Punjab would not have been able to share their views to a viewer of UP like myself without English Language.
