These mods really want me to play Kingdom Hearts on PC. The final sell would be Traverse Town in Kingdom Hearts 3.
Already in the making and fully playble kh1 sora and kh1 hud already done

That's what I want! But everyone is focusing on kh3 mods. Which I get why its easier to mod with the unreal engine. But kh2 mods on the emulator were really spicy despite the limitations it had. But now that it's on pc the possibility is endless now. Cept no cool mods are here yet.

Again, the mods for KH3 are just INSANE
was on the fence whether to get KH on PC but this definitely sold it for me. I've been wanting to go back and do another run and these mods seem like they will definitely improve the experience!

Man, I want that 2D artwork hud I can't believe they didn't have an option for that in the game.
The weird thing is that it was clearly a deliberate choice as KH1 Sora DOES have 2D art in the HUD for the 3 seconds you play as him

I will say, a MUCH NEEDED quality of life mod that has made my recent LV1 crit playthroughs on this game an absolute blast is the Damage Scaling Overhaul mod by Explode.
Combining this mod with the Re:Mind ability integration mod makes for a LV1 experience up there with KH2FM in terms of overall fun imo. You should definitely check it out if you love LV1 playthroughs or regular crit has just become too easy.

Thought I should mention that the mod also ensures you don’t deal absolute chip damage if you decide not to use food for an added challenge. I did a LV1 playthrough WITHOUT the mod not using cuisine bonuses as an added restriction, and one WITH the mod not using cuisine bonuses as well. Both are a great challenge, but the scaling mod does ensure that fights don’t linger so long if you decide to skip out on cuisine. Those who do use cuisine will have a slight damage output bonus on top of the scaling though, which is a really nice touch.
I am 110% trying some of these mods this weekend, especially the movement and combo ones.
I love the X-blade mod with the custom trail and all that.

I really Wanna see the Future of Multiplayer Mods in Kingdom Hearts. Now that we are on PC that is so Possible and the best part is that if the community really wants, we could get a Multiplayer Mod for Every Single one of the available games! I would love so much if we could play KH1 with other people, like someone playing as Sora and the Other as Riku for example, or we could just exchange Sora's Files so we get the same gameplay but as Kairi for Example.
Someone make a mod where Sora Donald and Goofy are walking the main menu. I was pretty disappointed they didn't include the walking character menu detail

Kingdom Hearts has been my favorite game series of all time for most of my life , (Played KH1 DAILY as a kid).
I havent had time or money to get a new Playstation, and I had no idea it was even on PC! This is so cool.

Also I’m a little bit surprised you didn’t put the cynical Rage Keyblade on there lol 😆 also i was kind of expecting the “face my fears Intro” add in, as apparently it was for some reason removed from the PC version of the game. (At least as far as I know anyway. I have an actually played the PC version so I don’t really know, I do know is I did see this mod to add it back in the game for PC version on nexus mods.)

I still need a Fenrir mod for KH3. I have Fenrir in FFXV, Union X, and in real life, I need it in KH3. It's my favorite keyblade.
I'd recommend anyone using Re:Style to also consider adding on the Robust Data Battles mod since the extra RV and HP on the bosses give you more incentive to optimize your combos/integrate Item Cancel Switching and figure out new routes to maximize your damage output.

Btw You can get the remind abilities without a installing a mod by just starting a new game plus,
Basically just carry over your keyblades to a new game and all the remind abilities will be there from the get go.
Very useful when I'm playing the game for the first time on pc

It still boggles my mind that remind abilities are not unlockable in base game. One of my BIGGEST complaints about KH3 is that the combos were garbage until remind came out.
I like the illustrated health bar a lot more, it looks nicer ^^
the unskippable copyright screen adds to the atmosphere, though. It's always been there, feels weird to take it away.

That’s literally what Limitcut is tho. You get to fight all thirteen members of the true organization in superboss form just like data org in 2FM, except the fights in KH3 are WAY more fun and difficult.
If you’re not a fan of superbosses then sure, I understand not liking the DLC, but acting like they didn’t add a great deal of content post-launch is just a straight up lie lol. KH3RM definitely has the best postgame out of every Kingdom Hearts game hands down.

These mods look awesome I personally haven't played kh3 yet but seeing some of these mods makes me wonder why square Enix hasn't considered adding something similar to re:mind like the hud colors or the wall running indicators you could easily see in other AAA type titles by default

Number 10 mod should have happened and I wanted to have customize the Guardians of light to not heal me cause I like a challenge and I want the option to remove party members hopefully they give us some of these in kh4
Something that you didn't bring up is that trueblademodder also made unique custom animations, like a new aerial and ground combo finisher, as well as tweaking magic flash.
Just a quick fyi, you can go through KH3 with remind abilities normally. I am on another new game + save and have the remind abilities at the start.
came back here months later to say that improved movement messes with big hero 6 a bit because in the intro section where the vents launch you up, the mod reduces their effect making it almost impossible but can be saved by double jumping after wards but it sucks
Can we get a mod that allows for more save slots?

For me the best mod is the FOV mod. I go 120 FOV most of the time but I also do 75 FOV when I'm feeling nostalgic.

Anybody know of a mod that hides the HUD Menus altogether? It would especially be really be cool to have one which removes the first-person view gummi camera menu overlay.

Can somebody tell me if there is a mod that makes the gameplay more like birth by sleep in the sense when sora fills up his arrow meter(forget the name) the attacks are more synonymous with attacks used? for instance firagax3 gives you firaza? in the og game it was random

i am still stuck on kingdom hearts 1's Ansem boss fight and i refuse to play number three till i have beaten it and chain of memories.
(i have already beaten number 2 and birth by sleep). so it is not really a touch of nostalgia from a game i played like yesterday.
