Creator of Project Nachtflugel here, I'd like to confirm it's still being worked on and while I can't say for certain when the next update will drop, I Can say that there will be many more improvements and much more things to play with regarding Yozora :)
The Light VS Darkness mod is definitely one to enjoy if you want a higher difficulty! I'm still trying to defeat Yozora and if you think he was hard in base game, imagine him with higher HP, unblockable attacks, and a status effect that drains your MP and locks you out of Air Step and Shotlocks!
@@MirageCross ill probably finally finish kh3 thanks to this mod, just gotta find the cash to buy the game again. i honestly couldnt stand the trash mob AI in that game. that was my MAIN reason for disliking the game, although i generally preferred the less cheese-oriented combat of kh2 better too. but anyways the point is the kh3 mobs basically stand around in absurdly large swarms, sand bag for you, until suddenly one of them will, at fking random, whip out some insanely fast and subtle attack that devastates you on critical. that's the opposite of what provides difficulty in dark souls; in dark souls the enemies feel real and alive because they relentlessly attack you in viable ways, and its just up to you to outsmart and outmaneuver them, and i love that environment. kh2fm felt MUCH more this way.
good video, but i do wanna highlight one more fully playable character mod: project equinox (fully playable riku). it has alot of cool stuff just like the terra mod, custom keyblades, formchanges and shotlocks, as well as new combo modifiers and finishers. i personally had the most fun with this playable character mod, with a close second being terra
Mr Puzzles here, Kurasa25's old partner in crime. Currently Kura is working on a pretty mindblowing Young Xehanort mod. Unfortunately I've since gravitated away from that project, but last I heard he's got some kickass updates to show everyone. I've since partnered up with Ashura on Project Nachtflugel, and...well...let's just say it's not gonna be quiet for much longer. And let's also just say that you guys simply will not be prepared for it. :)
Imagine though... If you could fully combine drive forms and formchanges, as two separate but parallel mechanics. You could even use them in different combinations. Imagine valor form duel wielding hammers Or master form blitzing through the air with all kinds of crazy claw combos

There is an animation overhaul mod that is basically a balance patch to all keyblade forms in the game and them some I don't know if it's ok to send a link the guy who made it is called David he released a video on RUclips and I was hoping you'd have seen it by now

fuck it, I'm buying it on PC! I'm one of the players that hated vanilla KH3 so much that I sold my PS4. I'm happy to see I wasn't the only one who wanted to see the game just slightly tweaked to be much more than it was. It looks like these mods help us create the experience that we feel is the most enjoyable and what the game deserves! (I hope Square learned a lot for KH3 complaints and makes KH4 built in with both easy, standard, and very challenging /rewarding modes from the gate. (And also a colliseum!)
I wonder how the light vs darkness mod meshes with the Colosseum mod. Are there any compatibility there? How about the Colosseum being tweaked to work with refocus mod?
I installed the Playable Quadratum map but I have no clue how to access it, could someone help me please? Update: Nevermind i figured it out! You need to go to the Final World through a portal in the Keyblade Graveyard and walk into the light off in the distance to be taken to Quadratum. Walk through the entrance to the 104 building to return to the Final World.
Nexus literally has a mod where you can get the Ultima Weapon out of the first chest of the Olympus world talk about having some fun early in the game despite that ruining the experience 😆

Highly recommend people do not download the Valor Form mod as there is a massive bug that causes game crashes if u try to equip or unequip the Kingdom Key in the menu. Been like that for a year now
I'm still hoping we get KH on steam at some point. I really don't want to have to buy it on Epic for full price. These mods are making it really tempting though.

No Sephiroth fight in KH3 either. Why not just use flow motion to get to the arena been doing it in game for Hercules anyway.

The coliseum is 100% compatible with Light vs Darkness, not sure about refocus tho

Fun fact: If you complete all the cups in the Olympus Collesium you get a floating crown similar to the Proofs in KH2!
