Wasser-/Teekocher aus der hier gezeigten Fabrik:
4-5 Franken max. Funktioniert immer und kann sich jeder leisten
Wasser-/Teekocher aus Schweizer Fabrik mit allen unseren, z.T. völlig idiotischen Vorschriften/Massnahmen:
150-200 Franken min. Ein Tropfen falsches Wasser und die Probleme beginnen, Kaum jemand hat das Geld dafür...

Why indeed? Tables and benches must come at a premium no? That would lead to chairs inevitably. God forbid....huh?

Developing countries have to make use of the resources available to them and there is scant regard for safety as the equipment they have and the environment was not designed to meet the exacting standards of the developed world. The workers are exploited, the work environment is chaotic, safety is down to personal responsibility and cleanliness costs money. When you make just pennies on the dollar everything counts except for your labour which is in abundance. From a developed country I am shocked but equally in awe of the employees who are able to take raw materials and make something practical for the local markets. Resect and love to our brothers and sisters.

I have to wonder how many workers are killed or permanently disabled per year. Nobody wears safety boots. eye protection or, it would seem, any other PPE used commonly in most western countries.
There are no safety guards on any of the machines and trip-hazards abound with waste strewn around and other items left laying about.
Whilst I understand that the workers are desperate to feed their families, I do NOT understand the greed of their employers.

Double handling, triple handling and dumbasses who think closing your eyelids or wearing sunglasses actually protects your eyes when welding (spoiler, it doesn't). Is it a lack of knowledge or the fault of the owners that allow these to happen?
