I first conceived this idea back in June but had conflicts as to whether or not I should do this video or another one (which still may get done at some point...you'll see maybe).
Videos used here are credited to their owners; if the video was from a compilation or reuploaded, the original source will be tagged as unknown.

this is the first video to include the image of the logo so you know what the hell I'm talking about
there's profanity in this so if you are a child or have children around you, take caution if necessary
each countdown slide represents itself by the number of seconds it is on screen (#9 is on screen for 9 seconds, 3 is on for 3, etc.)
commercial break would have had additional footage but as it is it's not really a necessary addition to the video (as much as I enjoy it), so it...didn't get added. Lol.

The UPN 32 ident seems pretty cool. I hear sound effects from Robotron 2084 in that ident.
I also heard a couple more from Dig-Dug and Pac-Man.
The concepts in some of these are actually pretty creative, but the animation made me go bleh (even more than the logos you included in your previous top ten list).

I love how right after you roasted the Racine Channel 8 ident, you had a much better graphic with the number 8.

5:45 - AAAH, the turn of the millenium! The Internet was pretty much established as _the next big thing_ out there, and so many things had to be "Internet-inspired" to look mighty modern and up to date. Which also meant such things as tv programs constrained into a browser window and book covers that looked like webpages. Here in Italy, the weather forecast for a news show on Canale 5 was partially enclosed in an Internet Explorer 4 window, while the opening for the regional and national newscasts at Rai 3 even featured a 56k modem connecting sound.

Another great video. I think WBRZ and Connecticut Public Television stood out as the strangest/maybe worst ones to me, which is surprising given that they're both honourable mentions. I've also noticed your transitions and "commercial" breaks are getting even better in quality. Keep up the good work!

6:19 As of 2022 they are now independent. Happened quite recently actually.
I got some news for ya, man: WACY-TV ended its affiliation with MyNetworkTV six days ago and returned to its former status as an independent station.
Also, I'm not sure if you're aware, but the signal for the Fox affiliation of WTTE moved to WSYX-DT2, thus leaving WTTE affiliated with Sinclair-owned subchannel network TBD.

Eh channel 8 Racine isn’t that bad.I actually kinda like it. WACY-TV I’m also okay with,but just enough to say that it doesn’t deserve to be top 10’d, but in the bad station ids..yes for WACY but Channel 8 Racine is actually pretty good [in my opinion.]

10. Audio end is decent thanks to the catchy jingle, even if they kinda stole it from another more famous independent in WPHL 17 in Philadelphia (coincidentally also a MyTV affiliate today.) However, the visual end is the opposite, WPHL's attempt was pretty great (go look it up), while this one was farted out in PowerPoint during someone's lunch break. Add a cheap font and there ya go.
9. Acid trip time again? Oh dear.
Early CGI? More like early eyesore. The effects of the flashing and background was probably as painful to watch as it was to make. Someone tried to be 'cutting edge' and shit by making an 8 with just two circles. This isn't cutting edge, it's cheesy edge.
8. There was something similar to this used by Houston's Fox Owned and Operated station KRIV 26. Sort of a montage of many versions of the Fox logo flashing around. Now take that, remove all Fox logos (since we kinda have two networks on here) oh, and make everything look like this logo takes place in hell (fitting for Columbus). Oh, and we aren't network owned, so throw that big budget crap out the window. Low budget is the way of the future!
7. See this would be much better if this was from about a decade earlier. Feels more like an 80's fit than a fit for the turn of the millennium... They must have lost this deep in their computer and didn't take the time to actually search for it for... a fucking decade... Lazy asses.
(oh, and about Ion Plus, it was formerly Ion Life, lifestyle shit and whatever, until it was rebranded this year into Ion Plus, yep... syndication hell.)
6. CGI is a thing that probably shouldn't be accessed by everyone. An example is this, plain, boring, lazy... oh and this great thing known as GENERIC FONT... However, the jingle is actually kinda catchy, I will admit.
5. Cheap and rather boring animation with another one of those amazing 'Generic Font' things. The jingle also feels kinda cheesy but not enough to ruin it as a whole. The visuals on the other hand convert this to the dump it is. Makes the much more simplistic replacement introduced in 2002 look like a work of art (even if it really wasn't since the only thing that kinda got better was the animation.)
4. Decent idea on paper, trash in reality. A generic 90's computer theme! How original! The sound effects are a migraine, as well as random. Dig-Dug anyone? Decent classic arcade game, but it's sound effects will destroy you over time.
3. Can't get much more of a downward spiral than this. This would work as a generic station slide, not as a fucking ID. The many smaller squares are unnecessary, the text animation is lazy and unoriginal, everything here is kinda pointless. Hell, this slide might be what sent them down the rabbit hole switching to Fox in 95 ("The BIG switch" was a dark time), Going independent in 2011 (okay, well, more of the owners fault, Fox wanted them to pay for their affiliation kinda like how a cable channel runs, owner says fuck you and pulls the affiliation from multiple stations, blah blah nobody cares) and lucking into an affiliation with... The CW... of all networks... but I digress.
2. Yo I thought I uninstalled PowerPoint. Who got it back?!
Cheap PowerPoint fly ins with awful generic music. This one is so lacking of personality it hurts like hell.
1. Someone clearly procrastinated here. This looks like it was made in about a minute tops. The station hated it but didn't actually want to pay anyone to make something decent so they just stuck with it. They stuck with the most boring... most pointless... most fucking cheesy piece of horse shit excuse for a station slide when they could have instead went for literally ANYTHING ELSE! Be glad you're in the middle of nowhere, if this was a decent sized market you'd be bankrupt and would have gone dark a LONG time ago!

4:30 is the funniest commercial i saw.
I remember the KHIZ 64 ID from when I did uploaded some commercials from a station news broadcast from 2002, and tbh this logo seems very low budget for 1996. This station (at the time) was TBN, which (while I'm unsure how much money they got back then) from what I know rarely gets talked about today compared to other stations (I'm not religious, so maybe its because of that); so in many ways this seems very high budget... for the time and for the place. However, this logo looks more like the late 1980s/early 1990s rather than a mid 1990s-early 2000's logo.

There are some slogans that were bad, or at worst tone-deaf.
Chief prize goes to WOR-TV (Channel 9) in New York, in 1976-77, for their slogan "Adult Entertainment At Its Best." They had meant to distinguish themselves, in terms of the fare offered, for the more kiddie-oriented programming offered at the time by indies WNEW-TV (Channel 5) and WPIX (Channel 11) - but the tone-deafness came from the location of their studios - right at the heart of Times Square, when that area's reputation was at its seediest, and known for a different type of "adult[sic] entertainment."
This is a really nice list! I hate these lazy IDs so bad though.

WACY is branded as My NEW 32 for North East Wisconsin. But yeah... My Network TV sucks. How the hell is it still a thing?

In 1995, TZA changed its name to RNN and made a less lazier ID with the same music as the TZA logo.
If you think those IDs are really bad for their time, well take a look at one of the news themes station KLAX used: ruclips.net/video/Z6zTGBfG7vQ/видео.html They literally just used the "Broadcast News" theme from iMovie, and I've also heard it on a shortwave station once, too.
The KHIZ logo was first used in 1991.

WGGT-TV (now WMYV) was an UPN station with the call letters of WUPN and it is owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group under WUPN License, LLC. And their ID when they were WGGT-TV was not good but if someone could improve it then it will be good for the station in North Carolina.

As of 2021, WTTE dropped their Fox affiliation and is now affiliated with TBD with the Fox affiliation being moved to WSYX (ABC affiliate) 6.3.
A lot of stations are doing that, networks like TBD and Dabl are trying to get more viewership by swapping affiliates with main channels

#10: WGGT-TV
My reaction: There's only thing that I like in this Station ID. Its repetitive jingle that is too catchy for me. And it's not that bad (I mean, the worst thing I've ever seen in this Station ID is the look of this)...
#9: Channel 8 Racine
My reaction: Huh? Just the music and the announcer? No slogan? Just the logo too? Crap... This is bad for me... And... What was the station that was changed from this? Your answer is: Nothing. They don't exist now... If they have too much creativity and if they don't experience problems with the staff of this Station, then this shouldn't happen.
#8: WTTE 28
My reaction: The animation of this Station ID looks so sluggish... And it makes my eyes confused while watching this.
#7: KHIZ 64
My reaction: There's so much problems that I have seen while watching this Station ID. #1: Poor animation. #2: The arrangement of the station location was spoken incorrectly. #3: Unfinished but gloomy music. That's it, but... Like you said, No., it's really unprofessional. And... What the heck is Ion Plus that became Ion Sus? It's confusing because I don't know if it's the TV station or the bottled water brand nowadays...
#6: WKFT 40
My reaction: The jingle of this Station ID... I like this. But... Is that really it? I don't think so. It's not really creative. Just a short lyric of this jingle and memorization took so short. All done. It's a lazy way to make it even more presentable. But... Is this channel (Now a Univision Affliate but this is not the name of the channel nowadays) speaks Spanish instead of English nowadays?

My reaction to the following:
1 - No's Top Ten Satellite TV Serivces (you mean, "Services"?) - Maybe you ran out of time and you feel like you're late at school and this happened. Wrong Spelling.
2 - Stop Talking - Huh? Is that the product existed here on Earth. I'm sure it is. It's made by professors and teachers... For students... But that's one of the rules.
3 - Criminal Minds - Is that the Portuguese Cereal product? Was it made from the Spanish country? Or from Portugal. It's illegal and... even though 26-year-olds are still the target for the dangerous substances and was not approved by the government of every country...
4 - TV4 Dependent TV Program Schedule Bumper - Eh? What's up with these shows?! The first one: I don't get my tongue licking in front of that guy eating his delicious food. His big nose is the problem... Not only that" M, M, M, M, M, M, M~" No! Shut The Heck up! The second one: That was exaggerating... I'll get tired easily for this. The third one: Um... I feel so sleepy... I can't stay awake to this...

My reaction: I found the problems in this one... The animation is so cheap and... The jingle itself... I even imagine that every Christmas, they use that jingle as their Christmas carol and they receive nothing. That's crap.
#4: WACY-TV (UPN 32)
My reaction: The best (in this list) for me because of its creativity. I liked this so much, but not the music. The computerized look of this Station ID is the best part for me.
#3: WTVW-TV
My reaction: HUH?! IS THAT IT?! I can't believe that I have seen the quickest Station ID ever!!! This station is not my place to be. I'm sorry. It's because it's too short. The jingle is too short. They go lazy... Crap.
#2: WTZA-TV (TZA Television)
My reaction: This one's the worst. But not its recent station IDs. As long as the year passes, their creativity decreases as well as their financial status and their everything too. And then, this happened.
#1: KIMT-TV
My reaction: HUH?!!! IS THAT IT? NOTHING CHANGED?! NO ANIMATION?! NO JINGLE?! All staff in this TV Station was trying to be clowns (like what you said), and it's even more disappointing. "WORKING HARDER FOR YOU."? Hah! In reality, they don't.

My reaction: This sounded like Michael Rosen but... Is that really it? No jingle? Just the promotion that is nonsense?

My reaction: They really made the cheapest animation... And the music too. Their jingle is the shortest of all (which is the part that I hate in this Station ID).

My reaction: The background was gloomy and I don't even know what's the matter with this...

My reaction: The only part that I really hate is the animation. They don't have any of it. I only like the music of this Station ID.
Connecticut Public Access (Channel 27)
My reaction: I'm bored watching this station ID right from the start. I mean, I was not born from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, but when I see this, it's depressing. And I have died of boredom watching this Station ID.

The ion Network in itself is elusive. Ion Plus is from what I can answer 10, only available in America's smaller markets that are not the top 100. My market area is the Charlotte dma, number 14.
