after you shape your mooncake you have to eat immediately ? How do we store the shaped icecream mooncakes ? Freeze it ? or chill it in the fridge only ? im very curious. what if i want it to give as a gift ?
You can simply store them in the freezer until you want to eat them. Hope that helps!
