I hope this poor boy will come around like Ariel. Maybe he was also thrown in the ditch. If the water was higher during the rains, he might have had to swim for his life..

How many frightened and exhausted little doggies have been in the 'Elvis Room' as their first sanctuary after their ordeal. Takis always treats each doggie as if it were his first rescue...he never takes them for granted and shows them such tenderness.

I can't stop thinking about this poor baby. He looks worse than Ariel was and Ariel was such a heartbreaking case. I wish I didn't live in Canada and could just drive over there, take that dog in my arms and never let go.

That baby is absolutely petrified but he just needs some time alone to adjust. He will figure it all out for himself. I think hearing the other dogs around will ease his worry some too. Hopefully he will come out of his shell sooner than Ariel did. Takis works so well with these scared babies. I know a lot of hard work will be taking place behind the scenes with this dog.
