The people o made those promises lost their integrity.. My consciousness tells me to still do it even if its in vain. I mean nobody is perfect rite? Now its my turn to wait on them decide with actions. Im ready to test my new me n leave to destiny decide. Im hungry for higher goals but one thing at a time ia key factor on integrity. This is how I beat Schizophrenia when all negative psychiatrists wrote me off and said I will never be employed. I've been in the workforce for 5 years off meds but I still treat myself in better ways. Everyone has this power and you don't need money to make decisions.
If you want to live a life with integrity, you need to learn the 3 backbone tools and apply it in your life. That's what I have learned from the book Backbone Power The Science Of Saying No.

The talk is so cheap, man. The examples he uses are so overused.
