I couldn't use vice grip because the bolt or the screw was completely flat with tire nothing to grip on, so I used sharp cutter plairs after few minutes fight got it out , thank you 😊
Yes that's right, but unfortunately I didn't have rimming cleaning tool with me, the van parked on the way, and what made it worst was the weather got really cold and wet, this type of tire is very heavy duty thick but at the end it worked, when I used cement rubber to push rubber through inside the tire, thank you and all the best 🙂

After you get the screw out, use the riming tool to clean the hole up. Then leave the tool in the hole while you get the plug ready.
