I plead not guilty for reckless driving and had my case dismissed. Am I fine? I never done anything else and I’m a truck driver now so I drive extremely safe.

I was arrested 28 years ago in my country. I came here with a visa in 1997. I was fingerprinted in March 2023. My military son is petitioning me under MPIP. This arrest happened in 1995 has come back to bite me. I did no jail time. Immigration wants to know about this arrest. I don't have any paperwork work on this arrest. What can I do?
