But technically none of that would have happened if they had not built the titans in the first place soooooo they would not have been motivated to do so without creating the titans first

I think theres a mistake. The oaths doesnt exist outside our time necesirely. The distortion manifests only by the thausends of years able to pass by in the Paths while its just an instant in the present. They are not outside, its inside our time but also posses its own time. Its kinda like Narnia. Matter moves extremely faster inside the Paths and when the job is done, it is sended in form of energy to the real world to become the body of titans. While I agree on the conclussion, I believe that if it was outside time it should be possible to afect the past from the Paths. Althought Eren did that already, that was an ability the of the Attack Titan, not an ability of the Founder. Its just my way to see it. But if anyone wants to replay I DID NOT READ THE MANGA

I think it had to do with how she just ate Marcel before getting into the paths, maybe that happens with every titan shifter but we have never seen the aftermath of eating a titan-shifter due to the fact that Eren was only 10 years old when eating Grisha and every other now titan-shifter eating the previous one only saw glimpses of them before they ate and after.

In my opinion, your explanation of time/space continuum is slightly off with the Path dimension. While it's true that time is non-linear, meaning that past/present/future events can interact with eachother, Ymir is still a human being, so she experiences 'Path Time' in a linear fashion. This is why Ymir needs the Attack Titan to relay future events (that technically have already happened) back to the current timeline that she is experiencing. This also gives Ymir a reason to build the Titans without explaining her motives away with 'predestination'. Ymir has limited access to future events through the Attack Titan, so she can see that in roughly 2000 years she will finally be free, but only if she re-enacts the events that lead up to that moment exactly. Ultimately, Ymir was forced into building those Titans - not simply because 'she already has' - but because of her own desire for freedom.
