- how long would it take the rumbling to destroy the world, a mindless horde of huge titans might look scary but can it actually be able to destroy the world that’s the question we are going to answer today.
Need to consider also distribution of population. In the manga 80% of the world died. Assuming 1% of the balance 20% are the eldians in Paradis. It seems its around 3-4 days that Eren started the rumbling till he was stopped. Assuming also the world population is around the same as world war 1. Not sure if he could kill that many within 4 days

what. what is this math. it takes a horse longer than 10 days to circumnavigated the globe, and they would have to do it several times. with just the most basic googling and calculations i estimate at this speed it takes the rumbling 19 days to go around the earth once, and they would have only covered a little strip shorter than the Nile or whatever, so they would have to do this many times. also, they seemed to be in a circle spreading out, so after a bit i think you would just have tons of wandering lone titans randomly wrecking stuff.
also, ignoring that there aren't nearly enough titans, its crazy how it shows the titans just barely reaching the edge of Marley, but at the same time somehow also 80% of humanity is dead? if you look at the map, and the rumble radiates outwards from the walls, only pardis and some of marley would be rumbled at that point. maybe if its the far edge of marley, and if marley is the size of all africa, then it could have also hit india and middle east, but like, 80%?? it just doesnt calculate. maybe the American and European continents are completely unpopulated in their universe xD
realistically, with the small numbers they have, they would never crush all of humanity. it would be a scary world inhabited by thousands of wandering kiju, but as long as the heat didnt ruin the environment, humans in general would survive as nomads.
Well this is anime..it said in the anime episode that karl fritz created tens of millions of titans..if the anime said that they only showed us what was in front of Marley not the outstretching mass of other titans and in 4 days? The writer wrote it, so we can't change it by our means. So if its 80% of the world it is, what it is. The show only showed us the little amount where eren was in the center of due to his hate towards that certain people where they wanted to destroy the eldians. He said 80 so 80 is 80.👀👍🏾

ok lets make nice and clean rumbling, so i give it half a year if we are taking our world size in calculation. although step terrain can cause problem for their moving, but thats too much details, right
