Mai 2 monthse yoga kar rahi hun.kuch problem nahi huwa. Ek exercise main left leg ke upper khada rehna tha. Aur rightt leg sidha karna tha. Tubse mere left leg suj Gaya hai aur bahot dard ho raha hai. Yoga shuru karne ke pehle left leg main ekdam mamuli dard tha. Abhi bahot badh gaya hai. Mai kya karu. Mai suryanamaskar kar sakti hun kya. Thoda dard Kum hone ke bad? Please reply Dr ji. Muzhe surynamaskar bahot pasand hai. Muzhe tenssion ho raha hai ki ghutne ke dard se mera yoga na band ho jaye.
