I used to fly in and out on the same day.. last year I stayed over. This year I'm going the day before and staying over for two nights. I'm bringing Jason with me, so it's a bit of an investment. This is his first year in the industry so hopefully he will get plenty from it I'm the opposite to you Scott, I go for the networking first and every thing else second
how to motifey your staff group of people working for you set number of jobs a day if all jobs completed they get 30 per hour if 1 job its poor, then minimum wage 15 a hour, for that job if called back if all jobs completed its 30 hour thus the bonus as long as the bar is not set to high paid for performance lets teams become more efficient , people team up hopefully no time wasting as cafes etc just a thought , if 1or 2 person is slow the team will let you no because it holding the others back in pay so to speak just a thought the benefit to you is your schedule is on track , benefit to the lads good bonus at the end of the day ,
