Good with salsa and sour cream--didn't have tortillas. Even better layered in a casserole with garlec mashed potatoes, thick-cut bacon, more cheddar cheese, and stuffing. Gotta keep this in my toolset. Added a quarter cup of Frank's and 3/4 tsp garlic powder to the cp for some kick. Thanks again for such a great recipe.😂
When you make the a casserole do you cook it all in the crockpot? I really want to throw this in the crockpot for tonight it sounds delicious thank you for the suggestions 😊
@@NunyaBusiness-zi8kd I did the casserole in the oven. Layered the chicken, stuffing, precooked bacon, and cheese with mashed potatoes and baked for 30 mins at 350 degrees F. You could probably throw it in the cp, esp now that sh’s summer. Not sure how long you'd have it in for. LMK how it goes.
