My warranty expired 2 months ago and they pretty much told me I'm SOL...but I could buy another base. WHY DIDN'T I THINK TO RUclips FIRST??? With this video my base was reset in 60 seconds. Thank goodness for this fix. I spent an hour on hold with Tempurpedic's 800 line today only to be hung up on after telling me no one was available. Other videos were for newer remotes.

I tried everything, checked all wiring, unplugged for ten minuets, replugged, but nothing. So I gave up and used a bunch of pillows instead. Six months go by, I figure, try again, this time the massage was working but not the up and down. So I came online and saw this!!!!! Holy crap it worked!!! Much mahalo's, now I can tell my wife I took it all apart and put it back together and now it works!!!! 😄🤙🌴
I remember, checked out your video. My bed, decided not to work. The up and down position. I follow your directions. First my bed went flat. I tried push the button. Didn’t worked. So I tried again, I heard lot of clicks. My bed could go up in the air. I just need to be more patient. I saved this video. The next time, my bed needs to be reset.
For the last 6 months could not get my base to work. I did the lengthy reset and got the massage but both the head or leg functions. This video reset everything and now it works perfectly. Thank you so much.

If this doesn't work for you because it did NOT for me, do this: - Unplug the power cable. - Hold the Flat and Stop button at the same time until the 3-4 digit RF number pops up. - That number will start blinking for 30 seconds. PLUG YOUR BED BACK IN DURING THIS TIME. In my experience, doing this got the vibrations working. To get the raise and lower features to work, follow what he says in the video (hold Flat and reset).

This was so simple. Thanks!! Only difference is the lower area goes up and down slower now and has moments where it pauses even when keeping the button pushed down. Any tips on that?
Both Leg & Head not raising , did the remote reset and now the leg portion works but not the Head raise . It appears to try to raise & only on "one side" of split base , maybe a half inch then nothing. Used to raise both sides synchronously. Any help would be appreciated .
The green light isn’t on for one of the power converters. Even after pushing the reset button on the converter, the light comes in for a moment and then goes dark again. Any suggestions?

Why would you want one remote to control both sides if you have two bases. My remote works for my side of the bed, but my wife's stopped working for her side. How to I program it back just to one side?
I did the same thing but never heard any audible clicks. What do I do next? I do hear two double clicks when plugging the base into the electrical outlet but not during holding the flat button.
Christopher Silvey Can you tell me what you found out and if you got it working. The reset is not working. No clicks after remote flat button held down & reset appears. I am thinking a fuse has possibly blown or the motor.

It does appear a wire that goes from the middle massage thing to the box has been chewed but I don't think it was like that when it 1st just completely stopped working

Thanks! I couldn't remember how to reset it. It would work on massage mode but not adj the back or the legs, once reset was done it all worked again.

everything works, except one of the vibration button does not work? Is there a fix for that?

Plugged in. Just did mine and it fixed the base not moving at all. Support couldn't figure it out and didn't even suggest this procedure.

Hasan Dogan try unplugging the bed and plug it back in. That worked for me. Also, my son got under the bed to make sure all connections were secure.
This procedure did NOT work for me. What other procedures may I try?
