    This was the only video that helped me program a replacement remote. It was super fast also. I spent 20 mins on the phone with a Comcast tech. Waste of time. Your directions with the video demo were spot on. Thank you, thank you!

    Omg! You are fantastic! It is literally going on 1am. I have been trying to figure out why I couldn't change the channel on my mother's tv. I unplugged everything which usually works..but not this time...I came across your video.. And I am so thankful! I followed your step by step process and it worked!     you sir are an absolute angel!! i sat on the phone with Xfinity for hrs while they were "trying to troubleshoot my devices " and they were absolutely clueless, they wanted to send a tech out here just to charge me $100 service charge for them to come out and do what you showed me to do in under a minute!! they have all these ppl working for them that dont know anything about devices or how to use them smdh! i pay almost $300 a month for my plan and everytime i have an issue i go through the same headache cause nobody ever knows anything and they always want a tech to come out to my house, just so they can charge $100 just to walk in my door smdh. I always end up coming to RUclips just to find a diy video just to fix the problems and issues im having! i watched a cpl other videos before trying to solve the issue i was having, then i stumbled upon yours, and i followed your steps and it literally took me under 1 minute to resolve my issue! For some reason when i woke up today i wasn't able to pause, fast forward or rewind any shows I was watching today, i tried unplugging and rebooting my modem and all my boxes and nothing helped!! I cant thank you enough for uploading this video and helping all of us cause i was getting extremely frustrated and upset especially since everyone at Xfinity doesn't know anything about anything smdh! Thank you so much! i owe you a Christmas present for this just lmk wat u want and I will send it to you cause you decreased my stress and frustration levels ,you deserve a RUclipsr of the year award or smthn and i just subscribed to your channel too, its my first time here but definitely not the last😂😭😂😭😂😭😂😭

    Comcast had me on hold for 47 minutes and did not get the remote Programmed. You're video got it programmed in under 4 minutes thank you so much this was so helpful

    Oh my goodness!!!! We have been on the phone with Comcast, he couldn’t help because he didn’t know what we were talking about, we also listened and tried so many suggestions from the internet and RUclips. No success until I found you. 😮
    Less than a minute later, my remote worked with the tv!!

    OMG, thank you for such a great video of how to reset the XFinity remote control!!! My remote didn’t respond to Channel button, neither volume buttons.

    My parents had problems with their comcast remove. They called comcast and said to bring box in to swap it out but it will cost something. Tried your method and it worked. Omg. Thank you. Saved so much headache. Comcast is such a scam sadly

    Very helpful brother thought it was the batteries until my dad gave newer ones and it just kept blinking not working ive had this for awhile your a savior however no number popped up so all I did was hit a and b again and boom remote worked again so if some of you on here it didn't work after doing these steps just repeat the holding a and b again and it should work💯💯

    Thanks! That did the trick. there's a 1000 videos and web pages about how to pair the remote, but not a single one that states if it was previously paired, reset it to factory defaults and then follow the pairing info...

    Xfinity put me on hold for an hour, after loading my ears up with a bunch of announcements that I have absolutely NO INTEREST in, and did nothing to solve the problem. Nobody ever picked up. I called again, this time, waiting another 20 minutes, then I just hung up. If they don't have any more respect for their customers than that, well, file 13 is looking pretty favorable. Thank you for explaining in detail, and easily enough, so that we can go around these big conglomerates and get it done right, without being manipulated and jerked all over the place.

    I spent an hour with Comcast and they scheduled a technician. I decided to see if I can fix it myself and found your video! Omg!!! Thank you for taking your time and making this video. I was able to reset my remote and cancel the technician!!!

    Suddenly on my remote, the channel buttons stopped working. All other buttons worked fine. I did a factory reset with the A and D buttons and 9-8-1, and now none of the buttons on my remote work. The LED light turns red as if the batteries were dead, and they are not. I've tried with several fresh batteries. What do you suggest now?

    thanks. Other videos only had me do the first step, (hold a + d button) and nothing else. The setup and i button and then number entry was followed by the tv asking me to configure the remote. Thanks sir.

    I have question I think I put on the wrong input ,so the tv is blank ,so do I need to call the xfinity or should I call the Panasonic ,cause the tv bottom is not responding anymore ,cause I think the xfinity flex remote already taking over the control of the tv
