I love how he says i wanna check out the best of every genre, not knowing he's about to all in one song
Right haha
I thought that too lol
The best? No lol just no
@@VictorLugosi obviously hyperbole went straight over your head. I was being facetious. Lighten up.
Yes!!!! Lol love it
You like this? Do Falling in reverse trilogy next, LOSING MY MIND, LOSING MY LIFE AND DRUGS. You will love this then. Ronnie Radke the heart of Falling in reverse was gonna tour with Tom MacDonald last yr until Covid happened. PS watch them until the very end when you see the pink lips!
“EY” 👍🏻
Must do
Yes the trilogy is sic as fuxk!!!
Yes!
The tour got canceled due to Ronnie's guitarist passing away.
Fun fact the lead singer and Tom Macdonald are good friends
That is a fun fact, I had bo idea, thanks!
No shit? I was a rock and metal fan that found this channel because I recently got into Tom Macdonald. That's like a funny type of irony lol.
For real!? I didnt even know that🤔
I follow both and have listened to falling in reverse since Ronnie was in Escape the Fate. I never heard that. Just curious, where or how you know that? I would be interested in reading or watching that.
@@aimeecollins7644 Tom macdonald was the opening act for falling in reverse a couple years back when they had to cancel the tour because the one dude in the bands girl got cancer. They shot the sxxx a few times over the web on Twitter and Instagram promoting the tour n they seem to be actual homeys
the little girl at the end is his daughter, and symbolizes that's what calms him.
The genre is Ronnie Radke. They have many bangers. They released “I’m Not a Vampire Revamped” a couple weeks ago it’s on an entirely different level. I recommend listening to the original before the “Revamped”. Keep up the good work!
The "revamped" version is Grammy worthy
I 2nd, 3rd and 4th this!!!
Exactly he doesn't stay to one style he's all over the place and that what makes him so great
This genre is called ronnie radke 😜 welcome to falling in reverse
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ronnie Radkore*
I’m late to this party but in writing the lyrics down, they are a journal entry. It’s from a diary or something.
So the scenes aren’t real, they are imagined. They just read like if you went into someone’s diary, what may be in their mind.
"he hit some bars and then the range, oh my god" welcome to Ronnie, you haven't heard anything yet.
"Crash my car just to feel again..." this one line just let's u know where ronnie's head was when he wrote this, exposed, raw, and yet numb to the outside world
The funny thing is if you look at the song on Spotify it says somewhere in the song that ronnies isn’t the, I think it was, demonic person his lyrics make him seem to be
@@auburn7514 i didnt get demonic person, i got broken person from the song
@@ticozayas6430 I thought it was demonic. My b
@@auburn7514 that's ok, the best part about art is that it is up to interpretation, so u seeing demonic is just as valid as me seeing a broken person
Favorite line of this song, hands down.
The trilogy would be a good start , losing my mind , losing my life , then drugs in that order the videos go together as well
Def check out “the drug in me is you” and the reimagined version called “the drug in me is reimagined”
This! Please! This is ridiculously beautiful! 👏👏👏♥️
yes!
Ronnie Radke is the lead singer and this band is INCREDIBLE! Ronnie is very good friends with Tom and Nova, they were supposed to tour together right before the pandemic hit the world and 3 tours with them were cancelled! Hopefully when they go back on tour it'll be together?! CAN YOU IMAGINE? WOW!🤯
Super excited to see this. I hope you love it so you can dive deeper into the Falling in Reverse rabbit hole. Ronnie Radke is so extremely talented and can do it all. Im sure people will tell you that you should do the trilogy and I'm Not A Vampire Revamped. I love the song Alone, and Carry On and their remix od Gangstas Paradise as well as Chemical Prisoner to name a few! The trilogy is this:
1)losing my mind
2)losing my life
3) drugs
I second the trilogy, it is amazing.! Also, when doing the "drug in me is reimagined" you should check out the original song first "the drug in me is you" from 2011. Also his newest song is a revamped song of an original song from 2011 "im not a vampire" . I recommend you do double episodes of both the reimagined/revamped and old versions to see the contrast and the genius and amazing work and growth by Ronnie Radke!!
@@karinlanven3562 i 100% agree
I'm trying to find all his mix tape rap stuff,a lot got taken down
"I wanna take a break from rap and expand on new genres"
Me having listened to this song a million times now: Oh you poor soul lol
Listen here nick okay here are some songs you need to listen to. Losing my mind, losing my life, drugs (all in that order, it's a series) then in one video you gotta listen to I'm not a vampire and then immediately listen to the revamped version that was just released to get your reaction on both. The same thing goes with the drug in me is you, and the drug in me is re imagined.
Very excited for this! This is a great entry song into the band, shows a little bit of all their talents, and versatility
He has 2 old old songs that he recently remade completely differently. Mindblowing remakes!! (Names at the end of this comment) Those 2 songs i recommend FIRST listening to original and THEN the remake (heck some reactioners put both original and remake in same reaction for comparison). So old old song DRUG IN ME IS YOU was recently remade to DRUG IN ME IS REIMAGINED... then old old song IM NOT A VAMPIRE was recently remade to IM NOT A VAMPIRE REVAMPED.
Bruuuuh I’m sooooooo excited you did this. I just clicked so fast I darn near sprained my thumb oh and while your at this Falling in Reverse does all kinds of different things. The front man is Ronnie Radke. You HAVE to check out “the trilogy” : Losing my mind, Losing my Life, and Drugs. And then you have to check out his original-to-remastered songs: the drug in me is you and the drug in me is reimagined then I’m not a vampire and I’m not a vampire (revamped). Have fun!!!!
Great reaction! Ur in for the ride of ur life w FIR... they r their own genre, Ronnie writes all the lyrics and the music for all the songs... alot are bout him and his life experiences! He's come along way over the yrs, has grown tremendously as a person and musician...very unique and talented individual!
If you want more hard rock and metal, I'd definitely recommend these three.
Slipknot - Unsainted
KoRn - You'll Never Find Me
Linkin Park - Given Up
Omg.. I've never heard them before !!! Wow love this. Totally going to listen to all I can find.. fucking love the mix of music.. holy shit!!!
The build during the transition from rap to metal gets me every time I listen to this. He is CRAZY talented and the group is seriously underrated
Just fell down this rabbit hole a couple of weeks ago, now I'm hooked. There's so many easter eggs in this song it's nuts. Can't wait to see your take on it.
Haha, his reaction mirrored my own after I first heard the song. I immediately wanted to hear it again afterwards!
I know this is an older video, but you're excitement!?!? PRICELESS!
Falling in Reverse has got me through my toughest, roughest days man... great reaction Nick!!!
Awesome reaction! I love seeing people get this excited over this song. I love this song and all the transitions too.
Five Finger Death Punch "Living The Dream" it's scary accurate for today's world. Same with Disturbed "The Vengeful One" and "Land of Confusion. Their cover of Sound of Silence is epic. Great reaction. I love this song!
Ooo this is going to be goooood!!! 🔥🔥🥰🔥🔥 You'll love them!!
I’m so glad you listened to me dude!!!! I’m writing this at the start of the reaction.........and I’ll write up after watching it all! Crossing my fingers! You’ll be getting a reaction from a reaction 😆
Awesome reaction my man!! Now you’re in the rabbit hole................check out the trilogy!!!!
some ppl who have depression ptsd etc get so frustrated & angry from all the ppl either saying its nothing youll b fine or not giving a sh*t about them tht they "turn into a monster" from all the pent up emotion they have to deal with cause no one else cares they cry themselves to sleep every night they seclude themselves they slip farther down that slick slope they try more of their medication hoping the pain will go away they try to cut off from the world cuz they get so angry at ppl thinking they understand whn they have no idea whats going on inside their head both yours truly & my husband deal with it so this is a very meaningful song for us thnx for bringing attention to it
Oooooh!
You have got to do the double versions back to back!! Mind blowing experience 😳
Very excited for this rabbit hole
I think I've said this before, but I LOVE watching your face and expressions when you get super excited about a song, lyric, or bar! You're amazing and this song was amazing! I've never heard it before, but it'll be on repeat now. He has so much range with not only the mix of genres, but those higher notes he hits in a somewhat falsetto tone, were beautiful. Thanks as always Nick!
💙 Megan in North Carolina 💙
I would love to see you do I'm Not a Vampire and I'm Not a Vampire Revamped in one reaction. This one was mind blowing... without a doubt, but... seeing the two versions back to back is transcendent.
And I'm still super bummed that Falling in Reverse/ Tom MacDonald tour didn't happen. One of the band mates' wife was stage 4 cancer, and the tour got cancelled. A month or so later, she lost her battle.
Maybe once Covid is over they could try again. I honestly think that would be the greatest show I could ever see.
Falling in reverse is absolutely their own genre 😂❤ so glad you fell in love with them as well!
Ronnie is pure TALENT....he puts raw beautiful emotion and passion in his singing...screaming..and rapping...and he writes 98 percent of ALL his music ..lyrics and music score...this man is UNBELIEVABLY talented
Loved the reaction bro. Falling in reverse is awesome.
Welcome to the rabbit hole that is Falling In Reverse! You wont be dissapointed with any of their music/songs.
I saw this yesterday for the first time and I was blown away by their quality of music, lyrics and the music video
Its more intense when you actually feel these emotions while listening to this
awesome reaction! loved the breakdown of the song. now i’m super exited for the “i’m not a vampire” revamp, bro. i feel like it’d be so satisfying to watch you break it down and be completely awed, lol. have you done any other falling in reverse reactions?🙇🏼♀️
Not yet! Filmed a HUGE reaction to the entire “Trilogy”, so keep an eye out for that massive video in the next week or two! 🤘🏼
@@NickTheActor that’s amazing!!! i’ll be looking forward to it, for sure.🥰 it’s been a while since i binged some trilogy reactions, lol.
Welcome to Ronnie’s world! It’s a wild ride!! Have fun!
Give this band a good listen and they will be your new favorite.
News official: what are you rap? Hip hop? Electronic? Heavy metal? What genre do you describe yourself as
Falling in reverse: yes
I clicked as soon as I saw you were reacting to this. I fell in love with this song first time I heard it. I usually listen to this one when I'm feeling overwhelmed and confused just to blow off some steam. My 2 favorite to listen to are BLUE OCTOBER and Tom MacDonald and Nova too of course💙 since you're looking for diff types of music you should check out some blue BLUE OCTOBER. They're from Texas like you. I would suggest FEAR, LIGHT YOU UP, HOME or I WILL FOLLOW YOU. Tom and B.O. are different but they both perform with passion and are open books..... 💙💙💙
What makes Falling in Reverse so good is the absence of genre. Its just music in a pure unbridled form.
Absolutely love you and your channel so much. Found you through your Tom Macdonald reactions Bc I LOVE Tom so much and you appreciate him and I love your reactions to his music. I think this band is gonna be a new favorite so I decided NOT to listen to any other of their songs until you do a reaction video over one of there songs so I could react to it with you. Did that with this video and had a blast. So, please do more videos of this band soon!!! And of my fav and love Tom Macdonald of course!! Much love 💞
Adding my do the trilogy to everyone else's request. Great reaction thanks 😊
Fun fact. Ronnie was suppose to go on tour with Tom Macdonald. Obviously due to Covid and a loss in FIR, that didn’t happen. Ronnies another one of my fav. Artists. He’s his own sound and has amazing vocals and vision. Definitely check out the two songs he’s redone. The drug in me is you/the drug in me is you(reimagined) and I’m not a vampire/I’m not a vamipre(revamped) amazing! 👏👏
This song touches something deep inside myself. I've struggled with mental health issues my whole life and now I find out I'm autistic. I'm 50 years old. The rage in the song and the cries and wailing and screaming. I'm not a headbanger typically but every time I hear those staccato piano notes at the beginning, it charges me up. 50 yr old, overweight, disabled woman sitting on my bed headbanging, pumping my fists, and screaming the lyrics. All I can say is that this song as a message is emotionally complete.
Ronnie Radke is the name of the lead singer this is his second band the first was escape the Fate he grew up in Las Vegas Nevada. My brother was an Acquaintance of his he is a really chill dude but he always had had issues with his past depression and chemical dependence. His issues almost cost him everything his first band and him split because of it. He went in and out of rehab. Then he found a way to stay sober formed a new band and thats where you get falling in reverse. Because if you fall in reverse its you picking yourself back up. My brother had mentioned his firsts bands named was called escape the fate was because they felt like growing up in Las Vegas and trying to make it as a huge artist was almost impossible so they had to escape from their fate to become a huge artist.
GREAT REACTION...Just wait till you discover the TRILOGY!!!!!!
The Falling in Reverse music chain is so fun!!! Stay on it!!! Great Reaction!!
Listen to, the drug in me is you, one of their older songs
Then listen to, the drug in me is you-reimagined
So so so good!!!!
Careful, you're gonna fall into the "Falling In Reverse" wormhole (It helped me through 2020)
Me too!
So Ronnie used to be in a band called escape the fate back in the day which is where he made his name. He wrote a trilogy of songs called the guillotine 1, 2 and 3. After the 2nd was released he went to jail taking the fall for another band member and while he was in jail the band replaced him and continued producing music and the new vocalist Craig Mabbit sang his part in the song he wrote, the Guillotine 3. When Ronnie found 9ut after he got out of jail he was beyond livid. he had a few years behind bars to keep writing songs and he left Escape The Fate to start falling in reverse. if you wear a ETF shirt to a FIR concert and Ronnie sees it he will pick you out of his concert understandingly so. Ronnie went on to put out the music he wrote in jail like "I'm not a vampire" and he released some songs like "raised by wolves" that took shots at ETF. Without Ronnie's lyrical and musical genius, ETF quickly became irrelevant and Ronnie and his new band climbed charts. And just one more tidbit, the little girl at the end of the video that brings Ronnie out of werewolf form is actually Ronnie's real life daughter.
This got voted number one rock song on SiriusXM Octane (heavy rock channel) in 2020. The lead Ronnie has a twitch he watches reactions on. He’s brilliant when it comes to, well, everything. Definitely do the trilogy next (others have mentioned it). The the Drug in Me is You AND The Drug is Me is Reimagined (10 year anniversary, same lyrics, different song). Oof. Yes. This will be a fun journey.
Love this song so much, brought me back to Linkin Park feels the first time I heard their music.
Trilogy is a must: 1. Losing my Mind 2. Losing my Life 3. Drugs (in that order)
The Drug in me is Reimagined & Im Not a Vampire Revamped and also both EPIC, but not their usual type of music. They are remade songs from their album back in 2011 and you'd be blown away by how far he's come with his voice, music and ability to twist the meaning of lyrics to make your jaw drop. lol.
Ronnie Radke have had a spotty past to put it mildly. Ha was incarcerated for 2,5 years and during that time he started this new band FALLING IN REVERSE (FIR). Previous band was called "escape the fate". A lot of his songs are about his drug addiction and mental health and also reflect the fear of loosing time with his daughter who makes a cameo in many of his videos "popular monster" included. She is the main thing that keeps him grounded and present!
He wrote "the drug in me is you" during his incarceration and 9 years later he wanted to reimagine it as he felt that the original was not a true representation of the depth in the lyrics!! I can't wait to follow your journey with FIR. FIR and Tom Macdonald are my two favorite artists at this time!!!!🔥🤘🏻😍
To follow up. I recommend the following in this order:
THE TRILOGY:
Losing my mind
Losing my life
Drugs
The drug in me is you
The drug in me is "reimagined"
I'm not a vampire
I'm not a vampire "revamped"
Their genre is Ronnie Radke lol
You need to check out ...I'm not a vampire original and revamped version.. it's insane!
Dude legit just hit their best songs Playlist and listen to them all
I'm ao happy you're starting the Falling in reverse jouney....omg. you're gonna love it. Please keep reacting to their music.
Next time you listen to this, hear the music as a cycle of depression/mental illness. The rise and fall, the growing intensity until it cannot be controlled and the ultimate result is a path of destruction. Once you hear the cycle in the music it make this song all the more amazing.
Definitely very much so! 🤘🏼 so great!!!
I'm glad you checked out another one of my top 4 favorite artists (Tom MacDonald being the other one).
Please check out the trilogy next: Losing my Mind, Losing my Life, Drugs (in the order).
You also might want to check out their latest release "I'm not a vampire revamped". It's the completely new version of a song from their first album "I'm not a vampire", which you should watch first (preferable both songs in one video or at least directly after one another).
Greetings from Germany!
When I first heard this I was blown away.
And here it is, the Radke-Effect :) So cool, I subbed :)
Losing my Mind is a good song that shows off a lot of their talent.
I love this song play it all the time, my kids are wooses, one pop other 2 country and I'm 66 and love metal. You ought to hear them whine
Love your tom reactions was stoaked to see this but they have so many other fantastic songs voices in my head and watch the world burn are fucking amazing visually and musically and thats only the tip of the iceberg
REALLY enjoyed this! 😊
Time to jump into a Falling In Reverse rabbit hole.
One of my favorite songs of 2020 😍
this song is so fucking perfect, it’s for sure the best thing I’ve heard in a long time
You need to do more of his stuff. You will enjoy it. I believe the little girl at the end is his daughter. This video reminds me of Werewolf the Apocalypse. A lot of their stuff I have been hearing would fit fantastically in the White Wolf originated World of Darkness games.
Ronnie Radke's music has a unique dynamic like Tom MacDonald's music. Ronnie's musical talents and versatility makes him musically the best out there right now. The band is fire too. His fan base is different from HOG, but they are still fanatics. I think you'll enjoy the journey.
Just a note the gun firing at the end is in sync with the drums, and that is his daughter in the end
DOOOOOD Falling in Reverse is EVERY GENRE lol Start with the Trilogy Losing my Mind, Losing my Life, and Drugs in that order, Ronnie Radke came into the scene in early 2005, In a band Called Escape the Fate, Due to some poor choices and unfortunate events Ronnie became addicted to drugs and eventually went to Prison in 2008 for Probation Violation, He was replaced in the band that he Started, and he spent 2 1/2yrs in Navada High State Prison in Las Vegas. After his release he formed Falling in Reverse, his record lable stuck with him while he was in prison and has for all these years. Ronnie made a few more poor decisions, but none were related to drugs he got clean in prison and stayed clean over 12yrs now. Ronnie is Falling in Reverse, he writes the lyrics and melodies and plays guitar drums and piano, His band is hired for tour and videos. He also co-produces and writes the concepts for the videos. Ronnie Radke is 36yrs old and Lives in Los Angeles California with his long time girl friend WWE Superstar Paige (Saraya Bevis). He has 1daughter Willow who appears in several of his videos, She lives in Texas with her Mother. Ronnie has Twitch stream on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday starting around 12PCT
Hold on Hold on... bwahahahaaaa
I'm a popular...popular Lobster
man i love 1st time listeners to Falling in Reverse :-D You are in for a treat !!! you love this, go react to Watch The World Burn :-D ... welcome to the rabbit hole 😀
Ronnie Radke isnt a type of music, its a f****ing experience bro and yes it is do DRUGS and losing my mind
Lit video homie as always. Here are a couple more falling in reverse songs.
1. The drug in me is you reimagined
2. Drugs ft corey Taylor from slipknot
3. I'm not a vampire revamped
4. Losing my mind
Please do the trilogy and his newer versions of his old songs. I’ve been a huge fan of Ronnie since escape the fate and started learning guitar because of them lol. Here’s a list other than the trilogy of songs.
I’m not a vampire (both versions)
Drug in me is you (both versions)
Rolling stone
Champion
Welp!! Time to go through the journey so many of us are on.. he keeps making new innovative music. Even reinventing old songs. You'll get it soon...
Do their trilogy of videos in order:
1) losing my mind
2) losing my life
3) drugs
The simplest way to describe their genre at this point is Ronnie Radke, their genre is whatever sprouts from his musical genius.
Ronnie Radke is a beast. A few suggestions... The Drug in Me is You, The Drug in Me is Reimagined (you really need to listen to both one after the other to understand), I Am Not a Vampire, I Am Not a Vampire Revamped (again, a back to back listen), and there is a trilogy he did you might wanna check out. Ronnie Radke is the whole package... kinda like Tom Macdonald. He writes all the songs, music, and produces the videos. Glad you are getting into the unsung legends like... Lost in Reverse, Babymetal, Tom Macdonald, and so many more are out there. Good reaction vid!
And the rabbit hole has begun
Now you have to do losing my mind and losing my life by falling in reverse. Its a series
Best falling in reverse rite here. Hands down
Your in for a long list of recommendations, not only do you have the trilogy ("Losing my mind", "Losing my life", "Drugs") but you also have the Re-imagined/Revamped ("The drug in me is you"+"the drug in me is you (re-imagined)", and "I'm not a vampire" + "I'm not a vampire (Revamped)") songs where Ronnie revisits songs written and performed back in FIR early days when it was far more pop-punkish, and completely redoes them into absolutely stunning and beautiful songs of a completely different nature.
"Carry on" is also excellent though it doesn't have a slick music video to go with it, the remake of "Gangsta's Parradise" was also a ton of fun, "F*ck you and all your friends" is a completely different sound but also surprisingly good.
The drug in me is you reimagined and I'm not a vampire revamped. The trilogy is amazing as well. I love everything FIR and Ronnie Radke
Welcome to the rabbit hole...welcome to Ronnie
I love your reactions so much. 😃🥰😙😜🤯
This is really cool for you to react to Falling in Reverse🔥🔥🔥🔥
Please do “The Drug In Me Is You” from Falling in Reverse. Then in the same reaction, do “The Drug In Me Is You Reimagined.” We will all laugh at the journey of that 🤣🤣🤣
Ok coming late but you need to do Watch the World Burn! It's the new world Bohemian Rhapsody. Instant epic with top notch production and performance as always.
Been a fan of his since before his 1st album in 2006. Cant wait to see what he does next
I got to see them live a couple years ago b4 the guitarist passed away real good experience
So glad you found Ronnie.
