Dealing with depression, I was in bed all day. Finally got up at 9 pm, ate something, and did this workout. I feel better and no longer feel like getting right back in bed.

Woo hoo! I completed this workout. Your workouts help improve my coordination and mood. I have to drink more water, continue to build my confidence with my studies and also get use to living alone again (my daughter moved out). My goal is not be sad that I'm alone but be happy my daughter is starting a new chapter in her life. Sure, I'll miss the many nights of laughter, watching movies together and having dinner together as I really enjoyed her company. I guess now I can take this time to make new friends. Hopefully a fellow fitness enthusiast like me so I have a workout buddy. Thanks so much Sydney for all your encouragement and hard work. You are really making a positive difference in my life. Really struggled today...felt like my body weighed 1000 pounds. Super tired and had to stop a couple of times but I’m here at the end. I made it through. Not my best work but I’m proud that I finished and tomorrow is another day. Working today on showing up and pressing play being enough. I didn’t allow myself to talk myself out of working out today!
Today I’m working on making new friends! I just started college and I’m trying my best to go out there and meet new people! Super hard because I’m shy but wish me luck!!
I guess this wasn’t one of my favorites. There was a couple moves I felt esp weak and unbalanced on. (Glute bridge push through & single leg bridge pulse) It made me not burn as much in the end. If the circuit had been longer maybe I could have gotten a better grip on some of them. Now I know what I need to work on!😊👍💪
I love your workouts.They are very effective for weight loss..but could you please post high intensity workout without jump as I have migraine and jumps cause headaches. I have to lose weight
