Damn, I just pimped my copy of rock paper scissors too. I 3-D printed an insert and got a couple of custom-made hands off of etsy. I always have this sort of bad timing.

Licensing issues have that expansion tied up in legal battles. I'm sure they'll release it as Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Cthulhu soon though.
Can't wait for the Deluxe Expansion set.
Getting a lizard in there won't be too hard, but I would think Spock would have better things to do with his time.

It appears that the metagame is that you have to be the shortest player. So are there any plans to prevent Chandra Bahadur Dangi from being the world champion every time?

Psh, "Deluxe Edition" my foot! The print-n-play version comes with the advanced variant which allows multiple players select the same the same component, eliminating the start player advantage. This version might come with nice components, but if it doesn't come with enough for all players to have the same options, what's the point?
Yeah, he should consider making it expandable so that buying multiple copies of the game will get you multiple copies of the components, so that way you could scale the game according to your needs.
I don't understand why people are pledging when the expansion packs haven't been announced yet.
Will there be a Roshambo expansion? I think I may wait for the Super Deluxe box that includes it.

I played this once and the game is broken. How does rock *always* beat scissors, it’s totally broken?

If you're having trouble beating the rock, try playing with the paper character next time. It's stats are way better against rock.

I watched the videos and still don’t understand how to play.
I hope we get a different model for each player as stretch goals. I dont want another player to have a same model of rock or scissor or same color of paper as mine.
I find it insulting that they just assume we'd all want to play with an amethyst geode. what if I want to play with a hunk of sandstone or something?

I watch it be played, but I still don't understand it. This makes Campaign for North Africa look like Chutes and Ladders.
How can both players choose rock if there is only one rock? This needs a tie-breaker expansion now
That's the best part, there's only one rock, so there can never be a tie!
So if someone picks up the paper, I’ll take the scissors so that I win. Is that how it’s played?
Correct, but please keep in mind that your opponent might choose to pick up the scissors or rock and you'd have to adapt your strategy.
@@TheDragonsTomb if I’m first to pick up, I’ll take say, the rock. But then my opponent knows what I took, so they’ll obviously take the paper and win. What am I missing here 😅
