I’m surprised about the polo EDP. That’s been my biggest complement puller out of all the colognes I’ve ever had so far.
Gotta say you whiffed on Red EDP Ash, I've had mine for a day and I think its pretty incredible tbh, it's more like a smoother, more refined version of the original . It really hits that cranberry note really well. But I'm a huge fan of all reds except Rush, I think it's one if the better more unique designer lines. I'd give this a few more tries ,I think its pretty nice overall.

Yeah i like it, i also just bought 1 million Lucky, im new to the fragrance world and still trying to find what i like.
My first real favorite fragrance that I ever got a compliment on was night vision. Still to this day I actually love the sent, probably bias because the memories with it, but overall I still don't think it deserved the hate it got. Very very excited for the new release!
It does smell really nice. The reason it’s hated is because multiple designer brands have been releasing Invictus ripoffs but marketing them as flankers to their own popular fragrances despite having very little in common (Spicebomb Night Vision, AdG Absolu, Valentino Uomo Born In Roma).
@@trancebruh3231 right right... I think nose is just messed up because I think night vision is was closer to the original spice bomb than invictus, but I can understand that complaint

Yeah, Night Vision is a compliment getter. But it should not have been in the Spice Bomb line. Basically does not follow the Spice Bomb DNA.
Don't know how this one will do. We'll see.

Polo Red Extreme has the best coffee note I’ve ever smelt. Very underrated. I never understood why people choose the Halloween Man X over it. Probably cause it’s cheaper.

I personally liked it, and the same way you had your personal preference with the other polo bottles that’s the way I felt about this one. It actually lasts a decent amount of time for me.

My wife bought me a bottle of Night Vision personalized with my initials for my bday, so there is that personal connection with it as well. Anyway, be well Ash!

Thanks again Ash for your hard work and a GREAT lesson plan! Not related to perfumary, but when I listened to this video on ear buds, I kept hearing police/fire like sounds. I must have taken my ear buds out 3 or 4 times thinking the police were rushing around, lol. I'm not paranoid or anything, but the backtrack sound you used in this vid had that audible sensation/sound! I justt thought that was funny. Keep up the GREAT work and research Sir! Thanks again!!!!
I'm going to try and get both Polo Red Intense and Extreme. I noticed that they've gone up tremendously in price.Exorbitant prices!!!🙄🙄 I was watching this video again since watching the original airing,to find out which red Polo fragrances you recommended.
It's the 2.5oz size bottle on Fragrence Buy for $66, not the 4.2oz like he bought so he didn't lose that much $ by going through Sephora! Fragrance Buy only carries the 2.5oz and u can only buy 1 bottle at a time!

I wear less cause what's the point.
I’ve always loved getting compliments but if all I got out of a perfume was smelling it on myself it would be worth it. Don’t do everything for other people do it because you like it.
I spray the mask now ... by the time I put it on the initial blast is gone ... i can smell it longer and by breathing i increase the projection.

You're right, the photo of the Polo Red EDP looks like a metallic candy apple red whereas the actual bottle looks boring and unattractive for being a EDP, especially after you showed the intense and extreme bottles which look way much better.
Does polo red intense is similar than the polo red edp?

I really like SB Night Vision, I have a bottle and it’s a Meh......I’m not interesting in a FLANKER! EVEN if SBN eau parfum had THE BEST performance ever!, still you are going to deal with that invictu-ish type of scent.

No one likes Polo. Makes me so sad because the original green is my #1 beloved nostalgic fave from back in the teen years. It still forms the basis of what I most wish for in a men’s fragrance.
