Just got my 3rd PDM fragrance last week, started with Layton and went on to get Herod and Percival shortly after. Amazing fragrance house, can't wait to get my hands on more by them. Eyeing Haltane next!
Oajan and Carlisle are awesome. I'd recommend both those before Haltane. 🙂

Haltane is the best of all….. its awesome i wear it all day long. Everyday scent. And Oajan is my favorite Winterscent. Althair is also great.
As for PdM, I have Layton and Greenley - looking to get Althair next! PdM is definitely my favorite house!
Completely with you on Althair. Probably my second favorite next to Carlyle.

Totally. When I wear my sample along with many others while getting to know the Plan house, Althair has this allure and draw to it. It’s irresistible, so charismatic and it’s just plain addicting.
Althair, Layton, Pegasus Exclusif, Haltane. Those are the best from the house
I just bought Sedley and got 3 samples (Layton, Percival, Greenly)
Sedley smells great, it first smells like a sweet, citusy soda, but as time went it smelled more floral and soapy -> fresh laundry?
Greenly smells less citrusy and sweet than sedley but remind more like a fresh orange garden, mowed grass and pine trees.
Percival personally wasn't for me, but it smells like you are freshly out of a shower (shaving-gel and shower-gel)
Layton smells very sweet apple pie with vanilla cream, but I can also smell a really subtle hint of fresh citrus. As time goes on the citrusy smell goes away and your left with a sweeter and spicier scent (which I absolutely love and addicted to)
Conclusion: If you are looking for a summer fragrance and want more versatility I personally recommend you Sedley, if you want to be unique go for the Greenley. You can't really go wrong with either fragrances though, they smell great. If you are looking for a winter/ fall fragrance Layton. (I would also recommend Althair, it smells much sweeter and spicier but less versatile)
This is strictly my opinion for take it for a grain of salt
Just got my hands on a sample of Greenley and was simply stunned. To me as a beginner it smells awesome and im buying a bottle of it as my first PDM fragrance soon!
You won’t regret it. I’d consider it to be a signature scent if I didn’t have so many fragrances.

I'm wearing Sedley as we speak. It's been super hot and muggy here in Michigan but it just pops. Beautiful smell and got many compliments

Unpopular opinion here but I actually really like Darley in the summer. It’s slept on in my opinion.
Oajan, Herod and Althair are my top 3 PDM go-tos in that order. And yes, I agree that Althair is the kind of scent the more you smell the more you wanna wear it. If you're into gourmand scents that is.
Every time I wear Greenley I find myself enjoying the scent more. It’s also pretty unique as well.
Habdan and Nisean are really unique and worth checking out. Same black bottle as Oajan but underrated! Especially Habdan, keep those on your radar fellas

I blind bought PDM Layton bc of the hype and everyone asked if I used vicks vaporub... I don't like it. Sold it the same day.
Smells nothing like vicks. I think anyone who gets that note has a broken nose
I mean it doesnt smell like vicks at all. Dont like the perfume on me but its not that bad.
@@akifmurad7567 I gave it a 6/10 but in reality we like compliments and if people ask if I'm wearing Vicks... Kinda embarrassing 😅
@@Skeer0 I guess the there is a prominent menthol smell that people may associate with it. I don't hate the perfume but not a love either.
I could see Vicks in the menthol opening but only literally in the first 5 min and then that part fades away

I have Pegasus and Herod. Planning to buy Althair, Percival, Sedley, Carlisle and Layton. Absolutely, it is the best perfume house.
Habdan and Nisean are sleeper (builds) from PDM. Seriously, PDM has an incredible range of fragrances that are masterpieces. Even their women's fragrance line is 🔥🔥🔥 Ironically, I tried Perseus recently at a Sak's Fifth Ave and was very disappointed by what I smelled. I want to test out again next time on skin and for an extended period, for me, it's hard to believe that Perseus - having such a beautiful bottle and name - would be such a 'hands down-eyes-closed' pass for me.
Greenley on me Australian naturals hairspray meets a faceplant in a fresh field of grass and dirt 😢
Althair the only on me that I fell in love with .. that said it fits a butterscotch toffee vanilla scent

Carlisle, Layton, Herod, Haltane, Percival, Galloway, Kalan, Sedley, Greenley, Perseus, Pegasus Exclusif and Althaïr.
I have carlisle and love it! Between Haltane, pegasus exclusif and Herod which one is better?
@joaopaulostasiu1091 As far as scent profile Herod is easily the better one. Only downside to Herod is the performance. Personally, that isn't a big deal to me since Herod is meant to be worn in an evening situation so you don't need 10+ hrs of performance.
Now, If performance is very important to you then go with Haltane which smells great and has a mass appeal along with beast mode performance.

I love PDM but mostly the Cold weather scents. Imo the freshies are mid and pretty much ok, like Percival but i wouldnt pay $ 250 for a scent that is a better version of A&F fierce. Haltane > Oajan > Herod and Althair.

Althair is unreal. Herod is my favorite fragrance of all time but he’s right when he says this is dangerously close. Althair had the same effect on me that Herod did the first time I smelled them. Knew I wasn’t walking out of the store without them

Got the Layton exclusive peagusus exclusive but when I got Herod I was blown away 😂
Can’t decide between greenley, Percival or haltane. Like the freshness of greenly but smells too shampoo like, like Percival but a bit sweet. Haltane smells like a topman fragrance I bought as a teenager but I love it!

I appreciate this list. Some constructive criticism: have you considered taking the approach that someone watching this video may be considering getting into PDM’s fragrances? I think this approach should be great to take. For example, perhaps talk more about what age ranges each of these fragrances give off. Talk more about the vibes, what it smells like, how much it changes from opening to dry down. I’m not asking for a full review. But if someone who would like to get into this brand fragrances, this video didn’t do much for me.
Unsure what to get next. I got Layton and Greenley. Probably between Pegasus, Althair or Herod.
Will probably pickup Sedley once I’m done with my Percival, my only concern is the performance 😳. You hear all ranges and mixed reviews…
I've got both, in my experience Percival is more beast mode than Sedley, but Sedley does perform well and holds on a really long time for a freshie.

Interesting how Perseus, which Ash ranked quite high in his review of it, didn't make the Top 10 here. I wonder why? Oh, it's because Jomashop doesn't carry Perseus. Hm.

HEROD is my favorite 💯🔥
Perseus is more earthy than eau givree in the dry down which is bc of the vetiver in it. It reminds me of a creamcsicle than eau givree being more acidic and fresh(aquatic). Also I have heard and read that perseus last very long compared to eau givree (bc of the ambroxin), but on my skin perseus does last a few hrs longer and eau givree. But tbh most fragances don't last past 7-8hrs on my skin, even though its more on the oily side. So with eau givree I get about 1-2 hrs top and persues is about 3-4 hrs.
(Just for further example with my skin chemistry with fragrance, I own a bottle of Carlisle (81%vol) and that doesn't seem to last past 4-5hrs(6-8 sprays). Now if I do 8-10 sprays and go into a close-off space like in a car then its beast mode to the people inside the car but even after a few hours it will start to die off into a skin scent. I would spray during the morning before school (8am) and friends from 5th would asked If I was wearing anything when wearing Carlisle on that day, so its not my nose being blind.)
TLDR: So no, perseus is not same nor similar at all with eau givree. On paper yes because on fragrantica, the main accords are literly the same but the main difference with eau grivree having a mineral nuance. But then again I dont think perseus nor eau givree are worth gettting at retail price especially peruses.
To me, Kalan is the 🔝 1️⃣ of PDM's fragrances! Simply the Best.
I love to look at the red bottle but its so strong with that Tonka Bean that's its overwhelming for me lol

Pegasus was my first one, loved it… Althair was my second one, loved it… just picked up Oajan, love it… the only one I don’t like is Kalan and Layton. Vicks vapor rub. 🤣

Okay I was looking for the new Harlem for under a hundred bucks and even with the code Dad which gives a 40% discount and that made the fragrance still $179... So I don't get where you got under $100 Ash....🤷

This one flies under the radar for sure, I don't have a full bottle yet but I cherish my sample!
See, I love Kalan, and I do not like Layton at all. Another I labsolutely ove is Haltane; I think is my favourite PDM and Pegasus Exclusif is high, too.

Althair and haltane seem to be the best for me. Percival, greenley, Layton, and Herod, seem be just high price versions of fragrances I've smelled before.

For me, percival does not last long, prob because I got the new reformulated formula, it lasts 4 hours at best what about you? Performance wise?
I live in Dublin Ireland shame about the discount 😅ill be picking up percival next month for my summer holidays , full price in dublin is €260 for 125ml
Ireland is pretty pricey for the colognes, I try to get them at duty free if I'm flying at least you can save a little bit

I got PDM Carlisle from Jomashop and the projection and performance is super bad. When I ask my girlfriend, she can barely smell on my skin (I did 5 sprays on my neck). Is it because Jomashoip sells fake ones or just on my skin? really disappointed and confused. I thought Carlisle is the beast mode fragrance. Any idea?

To me Perseus is just a great example why you should always try out a new fragrance before you buy it.
When I tested it, I absolutely loved it for the first 30 minutes to an hour, even got close to buying a bottle right away, but after that first 60 minute, it was pure disappointment and i was glad i did not waste my money on it.
