Following childbirth, I noticed my hairfall but I remained calm. I took action to to control it. I chose a wellness-focused strategy.
I prioritized my diet, having nutrient-rich foods, especially those high in Folic Acid and Protein.
I worked out regularly and engaged in meditation for stress control.
I just stayed away from tight hairstyles and stopped using heated hair tools to minimise hair damage.
I also started applying LittleExttra's Coconion shampoo, hair oil along with a neem wood comb.
The result was hair fall control and the return of my hair.
Scam for selling that oil. I read these comments on most of the videos for selling that oil
It's sad to say that seeing this makes me feel relieved that I'm not the only one! 😅😩😭

(UPDATE) (My hair stopped shedding hair at 6 months when I went for a hair cut !!! )
Oooh Thankyou this gives me so much hope ! I am on my second baby ! I am currently five months post partum and started shedding around 4 months I have been losing so much hair about 100-300 throughout the day. I was starting to freak out but this gave me so much peace
When I was loosing my hair after my daughters birth I was devastated!!!
I didn’t know what was happening to me. I had bald spots and I didn’t have to pull hard either. The bald patches in the front was hard to see. My daughter is 7 months now and it finally stopped falling out. Now the regrowth is coming. But it was scary. I’m glad I’m not the only one.
My hair fell out so bad after my 2nd baby. I thought I was going bald and couldn't figure out why lol. But then I googled it and everything was alright again..

I ended up with obvious thinning around my hairline near my forehead. It was very traumatic and I have very long hair. I did whatever I could to hide it and within a few months I grew new hair. I actually grew mini bangs. Overall the shedding lasted about three months and then it started to grow back.
It’s very depressing I’m going through this and I’m 6 months postpartum

Not true you can actually have bald spots especially edges and hairline. The hair grows back.

Devil in a Black Dress girl shut up I’ve never had a child but I’ve literally seen people with full hair have thinning spots after giving birth without wearing any tension styles. Their hair grr back after some time. Grow up.
@@10byrdie yeah your right! This is exactly what’s happening to me right now. I didn’t braid my hair during pregnancy and now all my edges have fallen out leaving me with bald spots.

@@devilinablackdress9277 no that's false it is very common to effect temple region like any androgenic hairloss there's actually misinformation on this video it isnt technically telogen effluvium it's actually telogen gravidarum which is telogen effluvium but related to hormones whereas telogen effluvium itself is related to stress physically mentally emotionally

This is still happening to my hair now. And it’s been 20 months!! MY BABY IS 20 MONTHS! that’s almost 2 yrs! 😭😭
Same, my son will be 2 in July and the hairloss hasn't slowed. I've had blood panels done and they say everything is normal so 🤷🏾♀️

My baby 2 and 6 months and my hair is still shedding bad. My dermatologist told me it can happened for up to 3 yrs! Yes my hair has thinned out a lot! Protein treatment ladies!
I had a baby 2016 didn’t notice much hair loss then I had a baby December 30th 2021 and experiences PP hair loss another baby March 2023
It’s now April 2024 and I am still shedding. Hoping it stops soon

@@melissavilchis9951 literally just recently i have noticed little hair fallout compared to when it started to happen. i think it has gotten better, its been two years already.

Me too..omg..I'm glad to find someone else going thru it..I figured my daughter almost 2 now so mayb it's something else but now I dnt feel alone,,not glad our hair falling out but to just know I'm not alone..everyone I've met who hd this issue ,it was for like 3 mths after birth

I’ve had multiple bold spots on my head from hair loss I’ve had to cut off 16 inches of hair from my head because it was thinning so bad so it wasn’t worth having my long hair so I cut it off and my hairline on my forehead went so far back people asked if I had cancer

I've had hair loss due to iron deficiency (at age 16 and I’m 18 now) and lost a lot of hair. So if I ever get pregnant, can’t I take some medication to stop that hair loss after giving birth?
No not really postpartum hair loss is due to drop of hormones that was high in pregnancy nothing to do with iron , it would stop any hair loss due to iron issues but woudlnt stop hairloss postpartum
