Nei Choru or Ghee Rice is very famous in North Kerala especially in Kannur, And Kozhikkode.. Here iam showing perfect Hotel Style Ghee Rice with one easy recipe Chicken Curry.. For Chicken Curry i used home made Garam Masala na dChicken Masala.. Will upload this masala video later..
Ghee Rice - Ingredients
Jeeraka sala Rice - 2 Cups
Water - 4 Cups
Ghee - 1/4 Cup
Oil - 1/8 Cup
Cardamon - 7-8 nos
Cinamon - 4 -5 small sticks
Cloves - 4 nos
Bay Leaves - 1 leaf
Onion - 1/2 of 1
Salt
Note :- Water should be double quantity than rice.. other wise rice will be hard..
Chicken Curry - Ingredients
Chicken - 1 Kg
Big Onion - 3 Nos
Shallots - 1 Cup
Garlic - 7-8 Pcs
Ginger - 2 Pcs ( med Size)
Green Chillies
Tomato - 1 No
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Chicken Masala - 1 Tsp
Oil
Salt
Note :- Chilly Powder and Chicken Masala Powder you can add as per your taste..

Soya Chunks Masala, Cauliflower masala, Mix Veg Masala... Any Masala Gravy will be suitable for this..

no. you have to increase spice qty, water and ghee..
