The command remove letter does not work. After a reboot the volume is visible in windows explorer again.How to fix this?

I delete recovery partition ends up in adding c drive just recovery partition because it doesn't allow me to extend further space that I had in my unallocated partition now I had this seq
33MB,Cdrive, D drive, unallocated
And I want to add unallocated to c drive but can't bcz extend is grey.what should I do?
