My friend came up with the theory that due to 2-D's Hyphema, his eyes are constantly black (this is because of Mudz' hitting, which causes blood in his eyes), so now that Murdoc is in jail, he's not being hit at all, and his eyes had a time to heal a bit. This also explains why they turn black after Russel trips him in the Humility video.

As for what it means; 'Your Maj' means Queen Elizabeth II. If you're 'detained by Her Majesty' then that basically means you're in a British jail. As for all the names, they are largely references to real and fictional criminals. Bill the Driver is from The Sweeny, Cyrus the Virus is from Con Air, Hacksaw Harry strikes me as being based on Hatchet Harry from Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, and Jack the Hat was a real British criminal killed by the Kray Brothers - the rest I couldn't don't know but I'm sure there's a reference somewhere.

Its El Mierda!! (Who is acted by Phil Cornwell the voice actor of Murdoc) in a video there is a message. Murdoc is pleading for El Mierda not to take Noodles soul
(El Mierda was going to take Noodles soul instead of Murdoc's) in the note it says "please don't take Noodles soul! Ive been bad my whole life and deserve punishment!! (Not in a sexy way) please Noodles like a neglected daughter to me! She deserves to live long!" he goes on to tell him that he wants him to take his soul instead of noodles. So Murdoc thinks that El Mierda is going to take his soul but El Mierda double crosses him and frames him for something he didn't do. This is the first time Murdoc has pleaded that he is nit guilty but the judge didn't believe him so Murdoc was thrown into the slammer. Later on his cell mates help him escape and he moved into a broken down house on 212 Wobble street as seen on the Doyathing video. (And apparently the boogie man lived with them in till they got kicked out.)

When he "met" 2D, he was sentenced to many hours of community service with the future Gorillaz singer, 2nd is when he was in a Mexican prison for idk wreaking trouble in a brothel, and 3rd when after Plastic Beach was destroyed and England gave him a deal of creating the Humanz album to avoid a large prison sentence I maybe a little wrong there's a small video, the Book of Murdoc that tells about the eventual creation of Humanz
After the band split up, Murdoc went to prison in Mexico for selling fake postage stamps.
