Way to go Bob. 🚶you will be dancing 🕺again, it just takes one day at a time. The healing and therapy is the hardest part, however your doing great hang in there. Congrats on your new car and using only a cane. Keep the dance warm ups going so you don't get stiff in the rest of your body. Thank you for sharing your adventure with us with your very informative knee surgery. Praying for your recovery. Have a wonderful blessed recovery.
We shall see, Shelly. My first therapist cautioned against any twisting movements of the knee, which is a big part of jazz dancing. I guess only time will tell.
Just had my right knee replaced on the 30th. Enjoy having your videos to compare notes. (I too am a dancer.) Had my left knee done back in 2012 and I must say, slot has changed. I will be following your videos as I need inspired. I hope to get back to teaching this fall. Thanks so much for sharing your experience!

Hi Donna, I hope that you are recovering. Looks like we are in the same boat!
Keep up the faith, praying for your recovery.
Progress!!! Yay!!!
Knee looks good. It will fade out and not be really noticible. You have been really brave through this.
Thanks, Sara - I'm doing my best!
