I don’t think you actually pitched from either the stretch or wind up in the video. It would be helpful if you put the sequence together and shows a wind-up pitch.
Jaime, Thank you for your feedback! You are correct that I did not complete an entire delivery but if you to go 1:33 on the video I describe how to set up and begin moving. Once you begin moving then it is just your normal throw from there. Same thing with the stretch at 2:05 in the video. I describe the set up and from there it is your normal pitching mechanics.
