This is part two of a three-part series on tracking and logging your velocity data when performing velocity based training. In this video I explain how to compare your performance over time to see how you are performing on a given weight for your tracked exercises. This can be a great indicator of progress beyond focusing too heavily on how much weight is on the bar.
    Chapters:

0:40 - intro to progress tracking
    2:30 - Flagging velocity records
