I have been totally procrastinating on the stomach core workout because I know it is so challenging for me. your butt exercises I could get through but the stomach I just hope I get there. after having three kids I have to get my stomach right so thank you for these workouts.
Oh my goodness I’ve been there. I felt so hopeless. I started with postpartum exercises (even though I was years late). Then worked my way up gradually. We’re in this together girl. You can do it!
62 stage 4 here. Was 255 ripped. Dropped to 118 in a wheelchair an catheter. Up to 190. At age 62 goal is 270 by 70. Thanks for the motivation. My core is returning. Every 6 hours I do the above set. Appreciate the motivation. Being alone working out ain't bad. Miss the gym but finances are shot. Did my first 5k last month... Getting there feel great looking almost like old self. Just thinner. Which is good. All old is gone new is incoming. God bless keep it up. This old infantry soldier craves the punishment an gains...

This workout is fire. I've done it for 3 days, ofcourse I cannot see the instant result but this is the first workout that crushing my belly. I cannot see but I can feel the abs guys, don't hesitate, do it right away. I will update when finish 7 days.
So sorry for the late update, I keep doing this 3 times a week from then. My abs is shaped and my waist is much smaller. I did not do any extra abs workout, but at the same time I do her butts workout also. Just keep doing it and ignore the time, the result is coming.

Funny I was thinking of doing abs today and this pops up. Think I’ll be doing this today while I let my legs and glutes rest. I like that you added how many sets/reps, this is helpful if doing this at the gym and unable to watch the video like you would at home.

I’ve been doing abs for a while: sit-ups, leg lifts, feet to ceiling toe touches and Russian twists. I thought this was going to be a piece of cake. Oh boy was I wrong! My upper abs forming lower abs stubborn and make me want to give up or just accept the way it is. Tried this routine and felt the burn in lower abs like none other. Thank you Jakekate!! Adding to my routine, I’m confident I’ll be able to get to my goal with this exercise. Body not Building if it ain’t Burning is my new Motto 🔥💪🏾❤️

Both are good, however doing ab exercises on the floor will isolate your abs more. But when standing up you are using a lot of muscles in your core simply to keep balance, which is also good. So I would say aim for a combination of both.
