    Do this before breakfast, abs contract well on an empty stomach but you can have coffee or a pre workout drink or light meal not to get dizzy.

    Day 3: I ate less junk and ate more protein/nutritious stuff did this excersize everyday in the morning including 1 other core workout and lost 3 pounds so far, I’m also feeling soreness, I’m 15 5’8 and was 175 now I am 172❤ thanks for the workout you are helping me through my fitness journey
