- Sorry 'racing only' fans, it's another track day crash and action video; had nothing else to do so thought why not? Besides, I actually quite enjoy these little action days... A wet start to the day meant we had a fairly slippery track and a fair few spins with it, nothing major; the day then began to dry out and the incidents began to spread out. A couple of crashes this time around, a Lupo, a Puma and 2 of the drifters, but luckily I don't think much damage was done to any of them - I always say it but those barriers are a car saviour!
3 more race meetings left for me this year (excluding the Plum Pudding), all of which are at Brands Hatch, so that's it, 3 weeks and I'm back to twiddling my thumbs...

Advice is to avoid all action days at Coombe, total carnage 🤣

Cant understand why people are so keen to get on track with people in a barely road worthy car or someone with absolutely no experience of going quickly round a corner.
Personally I wouldn't chance being spun infront of or crashed into by someone with ego bigger than their talent. There's a reason proper track days have a limit on numbers and sighting laps.
Cant believe the state of the baked bean tins being allowed on track and the cluelessness of the people on there. I wont do trackdays here anymore nevermind one of these action days

@@benwatton1832 there was that too lol but i recognised some of those drift cars, especially that corvette, they’ve been to events before I think
It’s an off camber corner where the braking area is slightly blind over a small crest, just inexperienced drivers driving way beyond their ability because they are on a track. There is always a build up of old rubber and other things on any racetrack so when it’s wet the grip levels can be inconsistent. Looked like most of them were enjoying themselves👍👍

Red Flag 🚩 Track Day Experience
a video of cocky people who think they are 'sick' at driving proving to the world (that already know) they are terrible
Classic example of people that just jump on a cheap track day, fail to do any sighting laps, go in with budget tyres and just think they are race drivers because they drive forza
Its amazing how low the standard of driving is. I've grown to expect it on the road because they seem to give out licences in cerial packets but tracks used to be different - only the odd numpty.
This looks like they just invited a random McDonalds car park to pop down.

The Black BMW with the drift extension that kept going off was the best laugh.
@@RosskoPeeko I'm used to trackdays where you get thrown off or at least a talking to if you go off repeatedly. A lot of the time even if you're just being a bit daft they will have a stern word. For them to allow this sh1t lap after lap makes me wonder who their insurance is with - or even if they are insured at all.
Yeah and this is like a month after the last action day at Combe where that bmw crashed and the passenger ended up in a coma.

Castle Coombe is a good track, but this is a Mickey mouse track day
