    I’m glad I stumbled on your story. I am 2 days post op from mini TT and 360 liposuction. I am 51 years old and I can relate to your story. I’ve spent many years working out and dieting, but I could never get my stomach flat. I’m also a mom of 4 beautiful grown kids, so when my baby went off to college, I finally decided it was my time to do something for me. I look forward to your journey! Hugs 🤗

    I agree that genetics play a role. After stopped the keto diet and turning 30 whew....no matter my weight or how "slim" I am my weight goes to my stomach and thighs. I have the same issue with my stomach and I am going to start doing something this year. I can relate to your story. Congratulations of doing something for you. I can't wait to see more of your journey.

    Love your story. Genetics definitely plays a role in weight gain and loss. I've thought about lipo suction myself because I have stubborn fat that will not go away. Even with eating healthy and exercising.

    • @candicejaxn
      @candicejaxn  4 года назад +1

      Yep, it's annoying. You actually try and get nowhere even though you're doing everything they say you should do. It's ridiculous lol. I just couldn't deal with it anymore.

    Do you think you may have a disorder that makes it so that you're chronically bloated? Cause Watching your lipo videos you say you retain a lot of water! I have endometriosis so I've been chronically bloated for basically my whole adult life & I do RIGOROUS working out/ sports & I'm really conscious about my diet + nutrition.
    I can literally hold up to 10 pounds of pure bloat!!

      You know, I actually don’t know. I had my hormones tested & thyroid tested and they said I was fine. My period is regular too. So I’m not sure. I’m open to looking into it though. Nothing wrong with a 2nd opinion.

    Hi I want to get lipo 360 but I’ve been debating weather I should get TT or lipo 360

    • @candicejaxn
      @candicejaxn  3 года назад +1

      Hey 👋🏽 from what I know a TT is usually recommended for women who have had kids as pregnancy tends to stretch the skin. I’m not really sure if lipo 360 & a TT can be done at the same time but maybe. I’ll say if you have had kids and have a fair amount of loose skin a TT might be your best option. Definitely consult with your surgeon though as I’m not an expert lol

    I def think genetics plays a major role. I was the same way... always on a “diet”. Thank you for sharing this part of your journey with us ... can’t wait to hear more.

      Yea, constantly dieting is just no way to live. Nothing wrong with going on one every now n then, but the years of dieting probably did me more harm than good. Thanks for watching 😊

    Your experience sounds so similar to mine. Dieting since i was 12, yo yo during, going vegan ( not staying vegan) putting the weight back on plus some. And now I’m 80 lbs heavier than when i was vegan with the exact same problem area (the gut). I even wanted to get My hormones checked too but they basically was like “it’s not your hormones, cut your carbs “

    • @candicejaxn
      @candicejaxn  3 года назад

      Yea, it’s tough. Especially when you know you’re genetically set up to be a bigger person. You have to work 10x harder just to lose the weight & even harder to keep it off. But I knew my belly wasn’t going anywhere lol.

    I am on the smaller side size 6-8, 5'2 but my stomach has never been flat even when I was 100 lbs. My weight naturally goes there first and it is frustrating because I had to exercise for hours each time at least 4x a week, eat mostly vegetarian, and lose about 25 lbs to get it semi flat but lost all curves and became almost obsessed with what I ate and going to the gym. It was mental torture. I had a Kate Moss like look and realized I needed to stop for my sanity. I really think lipo is a good option for people in this situation.

    • @candicejaxn
      @candicejaxn  4 года назад

      Yep, people don’t understand that some of us are just set up to have a larger stomach. Yes, it can get smaller but if you want it flat you basically have to starve yourself and HOPE that it gets there lol

    Love your story, I do agree with genetics playing a part in your weight. Everyone is not built the same and will not lose weight the same, the diet plans and charts are set up for smaller/skinnier people and are not set up with everyone in mind. I am thick, but I am considered obese. I am far from that. Good luck on your journey, I will be sticking around to follow it.

    • @candicejaxn
      @candicejaxn  4 года назад

      Yea, it always amazes me when people say genetics play a very small role in your size. I don't agree lol. I'm not saying genetics are everything but they def play a big part in your size in my opinion. I can't stand those charts because basically anyone who isn't rail thin is considered obese. It's crazy!
