I agree. It sure is a beautiful, and timeless design and has a layout that no new boat seems to have. Not sure why manufactures stopped making aft cabin yachts.
I’m looking for one of h to see on the east coast, but EVERY single one I can find is always a wood hull, but I need a fiberglass hull. I don’t want to have to replace wood. Fiberglass is much easier to keep up with, it’s such a shame I can’t find any.
does the GB require stabilizers if so does this one have them. What were the hours on the previous engines? Bow and stern thrusters? Where can she be seen
As far as I know the GB42 has nor needs no stabilizers. He mentioned 300hrs on the new engines and no thrusters. Twins on a 42 will move you easily side to side.
Repowered, meaning new engines, how do you get a big diesel engine in there? Or the old one out? I know you can do inframe rebuilds if the motor is sleeved, but wtf.
Well done! Slow pace and thorough
A truly timeless beauty. Fantastic condition for its age. Cheers

Yes please! This is one sweet vessel!
Oh yes!
The excellent presentation was marred by several commercial interruptions.

I noticed at least a bow thurster command stick at the lower helm on the starboard side, does she also have a stern thurster?

What do you mean by repowered? Is there a bow thruster? Price.?
Hi Allen. She had new engines installed last year with only 300hrs on the new ones. She is currently listed for $350,000.

$350,000
So how much?
Pretty boat. Lots of fuel.
Why is she plowing the water so much in the opening of the video? She looks really bow heavy.
