If you're looking for a boat always look at the engine room. If its freshly painted this could cover rust and leak problems. Always spend the most time examining the engine room .
Bravo! This was the very best video walk through tour I've seen in the last year of looking for that "just right" live aboard. And I've seen a lot of them. And you're improving as well, Sara. Unfortunately we haven't found the boat for us yet, but we have 3 more years to our goal date of living aboard. Keep bringing them, we'll keep looking!

540 gallon Fuel, 271 gal Fresh water, and 60 gal holding tank. Draft is 4'2"

Fiberglass and No Thrusters! Can easily be added though!
