Also he's probably one of the few who would be in the correct age range for the character in MGS 3, and him being a huge fan of sci-fi/fantasy in general would be one of the few fans would probably trust with such a role. Obviously David Hayter's voice is the one we all know but I'm not sure about his physical abilities for such a role as we are talking about the sort of special ops super soldier that would give Capt. America a run for his money in hand-to-hand combat.

Volgin would be definitely played by Dolph Lundgren and Naked Snake by Kurt Russell. Also, the Snake's fashion with eyepieces is brutal (they're studded directly onto skin around his eye socket!) and the monocle-shade covering his eye in the end is absolutely badass!
