Bought a Sunfire for $400 with 'bad steering pump.' Replaced the steering pump, poured fluid in, and watched all the fluid pour out the power steering rack. To replace the rack would be ridiculous. Poured a third of a bottle of that stuff in and I could not believe it fixed it. Drove that car into the ground for the next 3 years and it never leaked again!

I replaced power steering pump, but high pressure line was leaking, it appears to fixed it so far. Nice.
I'd like to try this, but my leak is a very slow one, but it's starting to get worse finally after several years. What scares me is that while it worked for a lot of people, it turn a slow leak into a huge one for many of the people who wrote reviews for it. So it's two extremes. It's either gonna fix it, or it's gonna completely ruin whatever is left sealing it. I can't afford a power steering rack replacement right now. Especially for this car. I've used Lucas before. It works for several months, but when the weather gets really cold in the winter, the steering is VERY stiff when you first start it up.
So far I haven't had a huge leak. *Knock on wood* yeah mine was very slow still might be leaking rn but not as noticeable as before. I'll prob do an update video in the near future 🤙✅
Put this in my system and after 2 weeks the Trashy Detroit Axle rack & pinion stopped leaking. Unfortunately, a wee late I had no power steering and don't know which component it killed.

Usually power steering f leaks comes from the pressure line or the rack boot .
Not sure exactly where my leak was coming from. But my reservoir level hasn't dropped much since I used this stop leak.

This may be a stupid question.. but do you add blue devil into a empty reservoir or mix it with power steering fluid?
You can add it into an empty reservoir, but I also added some power steering fluid it with it as well 👍

This stuff works great had this 99 sentra and the rack would dump power steering fluid. Put this shit in drove around town fully dried up. Steering deff got tighter big idc no more leak rofl

Yes, it's been holding up so far. It's only seeping if anything, not leaking anymore.

What is it leaking out of the power steering box or the power steering pump?
I think it was leaking out of a line. But not sure it was coming from either there or the pump it wasn't from the reservoir.
