Really helpful video. This is a great video to watch for us old timers who haven’t played for more than 10 years and don’t know about a lot of the changes that have been made.

I guess my big hurdle currently is figuring out WHERE to play....id like to go through and play the expansions I missed, any tlp servers worth joining?
I've done the drop stuff, log out, log different character in, pick up stuff method myself a bunch back in the day and while it did work a lot I did lose stuff every once in a while too.
My issue is it gets so difficult later and I hit a wall. I try moloing, boxing, it just feels like a slog. I see people's videos on youtube and they just tear through everything.
Yes, it does get hard later. XP for killing stuff at 85+ is very slow. you get more XP from doing quests at the higher end. Players who rip through everything might be 10+ levels or higher than the mobs they are fighting, or wearing raid gear.
tbh it might just be I can't get into the grind anymore. takes so long to do quests, so easy to die. or maybe i need real life players helping idk. feels like I'm spending more time setting up than actually playing.
