Hear me out. I love the idea of some lone retired merc deciding to clean up Rubicon, branding themselves the Rubicon Police Department, now going around taking out mercs, corporates, and anybody that causes trouble. And then the twist, he's actually really good at his job
@ I think they do, one of my favorite thematic details about the PCA is that they feel like a more organized force but still feel like just another corporation. It would make total sense for the PCA to hire mercs
@@harmonyvtolvr I hope they expand on it in a sequel. PCA DO have some cool stuff like stronger mechs and special weapons, tactics, but it just feels like a natural evolution of difficulty, not a different faction. If it were a more open world or functioned with a wargame meta-game not just a campaign, you'd actively be trying to avoid fighting the PCA unless you're getting paid a whole lot to do it.
Perhaps they actually were part of Rubicon's Police team before the Fires? After which they picked up their old AC once more to help try and maintain order and safety, likely to great frustration to any more malignant elements depending on their performance
Baton is secretly really fucking cool, if you do the charge attack on a staggered opponent, the stun will trigger after they stand up, meaning you can get a cheaky extra punish in, including but not limited to a pilebunker which on tankier opponents might full stagger them again
I respect the hell out of you for sticking with the theming and always using the baton no matter the build shifts and despite how mediocre the weapon is XD cool build and great piloting
Similar to another person’s comment, I’d be totally down for the Rubiconians establishing a Military Police force made up of former RLF and PCA members to protect their civilization from the corporations. They could utilize left-behind PCA tech, their already present MT forces, ACs most commonly based on 621’s and Rusty’s for both mobility and cost-effectiveness, and work together with the Coral to receive symbiosis for some of their citizens and operatives, and perhaps even enabling them to control and repurpose the various C-weapons scattered around the planet, and Use the still intact planetary closure system for orbital defense. Heck, throw in some Coral Based ACs and weaponry to bolster their firepower and let the Coral help them defend against threats to both.
@@SOLOMOTOMAN I still haven't reached top 100 for five seasons 💀 it is indeed hard to play as LW while most are either meta or stat check builds nowadays

I like what you're on about, now I wanna make a PCA inspired AC.
You've given me something to think deeply about, thank you.

Just imagine Raven chugging down doughnut and coffee while chasing Balteus
Nice build, got a few "police" builds myself. Might style a new one picked upp the game yesterday been having a long break.
Now we need someone to make their own AC and color it in the MW M3's signature decals and colors and have you 2 duke it out for max style points.

The stun baton is like a secretly baller fucking weapon its just damn hard to use
I wish melee weapons were more viable outside of your opponent having to be completely stunned or motionless.
Depending on if you play defensively or offensively. Different melee weapons have their special traits that allow both play styles.
We cleaning up Rubicon with this one!

What are the internals used for the bazooka variant?
Would like to try something like this but FS / JP latency keeps on kicking my ass.
