Same. I found out after memeing with the idea of being a knife main on man at arms that the small hitbox can actually help train you for better accuracy with jabs and the like.
The only thing I don't enjoy, and I see you take advantage of it as do I and everyone else, is that sometimes a weapon can literally have no more momentum left, but because someone walks into it or something, they take full damage. It would be cool if there was like a damage drop off for momentum, but I think that would be hard to code. Great video!
Goddamn I wish this game ran as smoothly for me. My pc is well above recommended specs and my ping/fps are always good, but the game is still stuttery with terrible hit detection.
Haven't really been playing for the past few weeks, I just recorded lots of gameplay within the first couple of weeks that I've been slowly uploading. Can't see myself putting that much more time into it especially with games like Halo, Battlefield, and New World just around the corner. I'll still hop in occasionally because I do enjoy these melee games, it's just a shame there aren't any without major issues.
@@Kelek0400 Halo Infinite, Battlefield 2042 and New World were all massive failures and if I had to guess Trix doesn't play any of them because they're even worse than chiv 2. That's why the comment didn't age well.
might be because he's in third person. I too feel like I have no chance of noticing an enemy coming up behind me and stuff. But this guy is using third person + really good battlefield awareness to know what's going on.
Anyone else ever wonder why they didn't make down versions of the other salet helms..... Or a glaive skin for the glaive..... Or name the glaive a war sythe since it's literal only skin is a war sythe.... That said getting a knife skin ain't bothering me since I have been wanting something to use to flex the honestly unhealthy amount of time I spend as man at arms with my primary on my hip and knife out... I have a problem.

I've used the glaive a little bit but it just felt very underwhelming. The speed is alright but it's really let down by the damage. I'd rather use a 1handed sword for the speed or a halberd for the reach whilst still having comparable, if not more, damage.
Anybody know if the "all block" or "full guard" is broken? Or is it working as intended and I'm missing something? Cuz riposting doesn't block sh*t for me...
From what I've learned, you're waiting too long to riposte. Saw a video of a guy trying to demonstrate how even a 2h weapon was able to hit a 1h before they could block if you timed the riposte/attack correctly.
Totally misread the comment. With blocking/riposte the game says to look at the end of the attackers weapon. That's how people are hitting you behind/past your guard. Your screen is faced either towards them or a little off center, that's why a lot are using axes and long weapons because they can step aside and hit right behind the block.

@@jigga2phresh Mostly visual and or sound ques. I find that my opponents sometimes turn invisible or heavy attacks don’t let out the AAAAH before impact. There is more but those are the most bullshit. Just play duels if ur frustrated🇸🇪

I kinda agree, but you can see the insane benefits third person brings to this guy, you can't really blame him for using it, it probably makes the game far more fun. It's really the developer's fault for having it as an option. there should only be one perspective available.

I really want to get this game but people saying it’s buggy has got me thinking
game is perfectly playable. The only issue you will have is teaming up with your friends if your on PC. Combat is great and very few issues.

Do you think the Halbred is better than the Glaive? looks like stabbing is a lot better but i haven't used the Halbred as much so I'm not sure.
