Without super carriers in the Catobar or Emals configuration that can launch heavy aircraft, we are unable to match enemy ACs at present. CBG is very expensive but we need at least one with a super carrier.
Grumman E-2 might be best, but it all depends what suits each country, we don't go to war another far off, but you come close and act, y'all get a bloody nose. So Ka-31 is ok.
