    FAQs??
    -How many squares do I need for a baby blanket?
    This can vary, it really can be however big or small you like, but i generally do 4x4 or 5x5.
    This blog post might be useful: bit.ly/1UIobie
    -How many chains shall I do for a *single/double/etc' blanket?
    Again, this can vary. I would suggest that you do your chain and lay it down agains the bed you are wanting it for. It should be the same width. You should then ad a few more to make it a little wider.
    This blog post might be useful: bit.ly/1UIobie

    This stitch kind of reminds me of the raspberry stitch in knitting because it has one flat side and one bumpy side. The raspberry stitch is similar.

    Where do you get the darning needle set from? When I click on the link, it says they don’t have them any more.

    Hi Bella Coco. Thank u for the video. I am doing this stitch now, however, my cobbles are not all "popping" out. Any suggestions? Thanks & have a blessed day!

  • @tekkendavis
    @tekkendavis 6 лет назад

    Could you make a cobble on both sides by skipping row three? I think that would be great for a scarf or blanket.

  • @louisemartell

    Can I ask.... When I look at the wool labels it only gives me the knitting needle size. So if it says 4 for a knitting needle do I assume that it's a 4mm crochet hook?

    Hi Sarah Jane, You made a mistake at the beginning of the tutorial. You say start 2nd row with a dc then dtrc, then tell us to carry on doing half trebles. I do love the texture of this stitch x

    • @bellacococrochet
      @bellacococrochet  3 года назад

      Thanks for picking this up 😊 There is a note in the description box highlighting this so it doesn't cause any confusion in future.

  • @Ardinka
    @Ardinka 2 месяца назад

    At 3:33 do you mean double crochet, then double treble instead of half treble?

    • @bellacococrochet
      @bellacococrochet  2 месяца назад

      You should replace 'half treble' with 'double treble' crochet. Sorry for any confusion! 😊

  • @justynalisicka8457

    You say double treble but in the description is half treble ;)

    I am using this stitch but I would like to combine it with another stitch and not just continue doing the same. Could you please tell me which other stitcht can I combine with this Cobble? Excuse my English but it’s not my language. Thanks

    • @bellacococrochet
      @bellacococrochet  3 года назад +1

      Cobble stitch has to be worked over multiples of two so I would have a look at other stitches that also use this multiple such as Suzette Stitch 😊 Any stitches that work in any multiple such as your basic treble and double crochets can also be used. You can also have a browse through the stitch library on my blog for some ideas: bellacococrochet.com/category/stitch-library/ :)

    All the time you speak about double crochet, but in reality you work a single crochet. Is that correct?

    • @bellacococrochet
      @bellacococrochet  2 года назад

      I work in UK terms, so a UK double is a US single. It's the same stitch just different terminology :)
