  • The Interactive Learning Pavilion at the University of California, Santa Barbara, designed by LMN Architects, is a state-of-the-art educational facility offering impressive learning spaces across 95,000 square feet. The building is LEED Gold certified and houses five lecture halls, three active learning spaces, and 20 flexible classrooms, providing diverse educational opportunities.
A special highlight of this project is the use of illuminated handrails, lit by HYDRALUX IP67. These handrails not only enhance safety by lighting the way for students and faculty but also contribute to the ambient lighting. The combination of functionality and aesthetics creates a welcoming and innovative learning environment, making the building both safer and visually appealing.
The Interactive Learning Pavilion represents a successful integration of sustainability, modern design, and advanced educational technology.
